Good
Very easy to swallow, doesn’t really have a bad taste. Nevertheless, get them to keep your health in check.

Skeptical at first, but surprisingly it works.
I bought these for my teen daughter who has been struggling with anxiety, depression, mood swings, and hair loss for almost a year. She is on week 3 of taking the vitamins and surprisingly her hair loss has slowed down a bit and her hair appears healthier and thicker. It seems like it would be too soon to be the case, however, she has more hair growth at the top of her head coming in than previously noticed. She has not changed any of her hair products. Additionally, she seems more interested in talking to the family and her mood swings seemed to have lessened. Who knows, maybe it’s a placebo effect, but our family will gladly take the positive changes. She still has her days where she is struggling emotionally, but overall she too has noticed a difference in how she has been feeling for the better. I will definitely be buying more of these for her.

For my daughter, just started using it so hopefully it be as I expected it to be

One of the pill is too big for my daughter have to cut in half or dissolve in water for her to take it.

These tablets are just too big for my daughter to swallow, even breaking them in to pieces didn’t work as they stuck in her throat. We are perceiving as the ingredients are amazing.

Very large tablets for a teenager to take daughter struggled so unfortunately for us it’s a 2 star as she can’t swallow them just hope it has not put her of vitamins like these in the future as I’m sure if she was able to swallow them she would of had good results after reading reviews
