Product past expiration date. Do I get credit for product I had to throw out?

I tried using this product for 7 days and 7 nights, fourteen uses in all, and that was more than I could take... I had to quit. The bottle of Minoxidil solution arrived sealed, without any leaks or drips. The dropper is quite easy to use and closes back into the solution bottle with a locking child-proof cap. The solution is unscented so nobody should be able to tell you are using it. There are just too many restrictions that go with using this product. First, use it twice daily. Ok, that one is easy enough. Next rule is that if you use it when you first get up in the morning, its ok to style your hair and use whatever your favorite styling products are to start your day. But if you want to start your day by washing your hair first, you must wait 4 hours before using the Minoxidil. There are more rules to abide by, but you get the idea, right? While I was using the product, it was extremely easy to use the dropper and then massage the liquid into my scalp. Also, there was no scent or stickiness to the liquid while massaging it in. However, noticeable only to myself, my hair felt sticky to me all day long. I tried all different combinations of using it: wake-up/Minoxidil – wake-up/shower/wait 4 hrs./Minoxidil (I'm retired... I have the time.) And so far it seems only to me, that my pillowcases also feel a bit tacky when I first wake-up in the morning as well. So, because I was unable to use this product for more than fourteen times and the precautionary measures taken in child-proofing its container so well (I really like is the company’s concern for the wellness of children) I rate Minoxidil Solution for Women 3 Stars.

It helped with controlling hair loss.

I've been using 5% minoxidil for a while now. When I saw this product with 2%, I decided to switch to see if I could maintain the results I already experienced with a lower strength, since I'm worried about side effects. So far, so good, but it does take several months of the original application to see success, so I am not sure how long I will need to determine if this does a good job at maintenance. The product leaves my hair looking fine, with no film or greasiness. (I only use it at the temples and top of my head and can style my hair to cover it, so it might not look as good if I just left it without rearranging my hair.) I also use a shampoo scalp massager to work it in. I'll update this review if I have any issues with maintaining my 5% results with the 2% product. This product is a very good value.

I have been experiencing some hair thinning around my hairline and crown. Some research said that minoxidil at 2% was generally best for women, so I figured I’d give this a try. You’ll need to be precise and consistent with your use to see results. Twice a day in targeted areas, massage it in, derma roll once a week. You’ll start seeing baby hairs within a month or two. The formula is a little greasy for my thin hair so I try to limit how much actually gets in my hair and focus on my scalp. It’s a little hard to do because it’s runny, but can’t argue with the results. But make sure you always wash your hands very thoroughly after (or anywhere else you get it) because you will start growing hair on your hands if you don’t!

i ordered this 'NUTRI-OX hair regrowth treatment for women' and while i was very hopeful, unfortunately, i'm disappointed. since having children and now being in my late 30s, i've noticed my hair has gotten much thinner as of late, especially near the crown and my forehead. PROS: - fragrance free. this treatment is actually fragrance-free, which is nice if you are sensitive to smells - ease of use. simply fill the dropper, and apply to hair twice a day in your thinning areas CONS: - consistency. it may not be much of a con, but this treatment had the consistency of water. with that being said, when applying it near my forehead, lots of times it would run down into my face and eyes. when i tilted my head back to keep it from doing that, it would then run the other way instead of being directed and staying in the thin areas - results. unfortunately, even when used as directed, i did NOT see any results RECOMMEND?: i cannot say that i would recommend this as i PERSONALLY did NOT see any results. you may have better luck with it.
