These grounding mats work pretty good. I would recommend getting a book called Earthing, and if possible run a small insulated copper wire out your window and drive a copper pipe in the ground about 2 feet long and attach this mat to that. Go out and stand on the bare ground barefoot! We are a negative charge and positive charge floods into us when we do this. 👍🏼👍🏼Thank you

I did not know what to expect, reading reviews thought I had to feel something, but after using it on my bed and in my kitchen while doing the dishes and cooking for a few weeks and reading about grounding I’ve learned you don’t have to feel anything while using (tingling) I’ve noticed less pain on my joints, sleeping longer, i even hit the sheets now. I know the mat didn’t come with a tester but the sheets did and both items work.

Still trying to decide if it does anything. Quick note. Be sure your grounding plug is really grounded. Tested mine and it wasn’t. Had to move to outlet that was actually grounded. Apparently just because it has the 3rd hole for grounding doesn’t mean it was grounded.

This mat is okay the problem is with the grounding cord. This one from the description had a sturdier cord than most grounding mats but unfortunately it’s just as flimsy as cheaper mats will not be purchasing this again

Having ordered this sleep mat to "reduce my muscle pain, stress, and anxiety, and to sleep better" as the ad promised, I was very disappointed to find that it did not work at all! In fact, my pain increased the first two nights I used it. I thought it might contain some toxic chemical(s), but could not smell any volatile organic chemicals emanating from it. One reason I chose this brand is that the photo in their ad made the mat appear to have some padding to it, so one could use it on the floor comfortably. Instead, I suspect its thickness could be measured in microns!

Didn’t work for me and was a pain to lay on. Moved all over.

If you want to demonstrate the effectiveness of the grounding mat, I've got an usual way to show you it's working. Put the grounding mat under your feet and use a laptop. You might notice an odd vibration of the disk inside the laptop. Then take your feet off the mat - instantly the vibration will stop. It's amazing how effective it is. Even when wearing socks, I can still feel a faint vibration from the laptop, suggesting that the grounding mat remains effective, but much less so. So I've you got any doubts that it works, this is how you can prove it to yourself, if you think its not working. The mat comes with a US plug, so you'll need to buy a separate UK plug adapter (go for 15 foot versions if you can).
