Great product. For me, I noticed my blood sugar control is way better on this. The story goes that I couldn't work out why my blood sugar was high again (by high i mean 6.4mmol/ml 3hrs after eating or 6mmol/ml after overnight fast. The only thing I had changed was not having taken this for a few days, as soon as I started it again, blood sugar dropped again. The morning fasting range changed to something more in the line of 5.1mmol/ml to 5.4mmol, a very noticeable difference. 4months in so far and effectiveness is still there.

For anyone suffering fat malabsorption, this is the singular cure you could need. Fat malabsorption usually arises from a build up of bile sludge in the ducts from the gall bladder to the liver, which prevents the bile acids from the gall bladder and even the lipase from the pancreas from entering the stomach to digest fats, leading to fat malabsorption and the symptoms thereof. Taking this on an empty stomach thins the sludge, expels it and replaces it with healthy bile acids that can freely enter the stomach acid to digest fats, and even lets lipase in to break down fats further, curing fat malabsorption. Also, this is legit tudca. It has a distinctive chemical, bitter taste (even a bit chocolaty). I've encountered a fake and that was just tasteless starch, but this brand is legit. Buy away.

I bought these capsules for the first time and I like them. These capsules are light and not hard to swallow and there is no taste. I noticed an improvement in my digestion after using them, so the positive effects are already there. I bought them to detoxify and help my liver. Overall good value for money.

This is my second brand i have tried so far. It was good value for money. I take 1 pills on the empty stomach in the morning and sometimes in the eve as well, before sleeping. I did not noticed any negative effects so far after a half of the container. Its good potency compared to the other brands in the same price range. Overall i am happy with this product. It came fast, and with no issues.

I liked the excellent customer reviews on this product, and the detailed product description and ingredients. The tablets are a little large bit not overly so and went down well with water. I take this to help liver function and digestive and food intolerance and I've noticed benefits 3 weeks after my first dose. I physically FEEL lighter, less bloating, no more heartburn, regular bowel movements where there used to be constipation and my overall energy levels are raised. I take this with breakfast and with 1 milk thistle tablet and 1 spoonful of cod liver oil and I'm feeling so much better on a daily basis. I've already ordered 2 more bottles and have told many friends about the noticeable benefits. I feel my liver is happier and healthier now too!!

I have to be really careful taking supplements but I have taken this a few times and had no negative reaction from it whatsoever. It is an excellent quality British supplement containing only TUDCA within the cellulose capsule. No horrible fillers like so many other supplement producers use. It is too early for me to ascertain whether it has had a beneficial effect on my GI system as I haven't been taking it long or regularly enough yet (plus I have a complicated condition, involving Crohn's disease and mould toxicity, so my health problem doesn't have a quick fix anyway). However, the quality of the product itself is superb and I would definitely purchase this and other products from this company again in the future.
