The cream arrived on the 3rd day after I placed my order. From the packing I can see it was posted the next day.The cream is a bit of a watery consistency, and is easy to spread and be absorbed by the skin. I can smell lavender from it.Gave the cream a go and did not see any effect on my baby's eczema condition. Really hoped it would work so kept using it for 9 days in total but my baby's eczema just got worse.Contacted the seller to return the product as per their "HASSLE FREE FULL REFUND" on the 10th day after I received the product; however, I was told at 4.30pm that it's the 13th day and the product needs to arrive at their office by 5pm the next day in order to meet the "14 day" refund requirement!So the "14 days return" includes when product is in the hands of royal mail! You better hope you live close to the seller and your postie delivers promptly.My advice is: Try it if you really want to. It didn't work at all for my baby (if not making the condition even worse). Don't have your hopes too high - if it doesn't work in 7 days, return it immediately and send it back fast. Otherwise you will miss the seller's "14 day" deadline and won't get your money back!

I've tried it for my baby's eczema and it was quite helpful. We have tried several creams, but this one was one of the best. It's good to use it several times a day.
