It's a fantastic book for kids

The pictures posted on Amazon are misleading. Based on the images, one would expect a biography with detailed information about the scientist. However, what you actually receive is a set of six very thin booklets containing only basic information. The Amazon images show the scientist’s name printed on the spine of each book, but in reality the books are so thin that nothing can be printed on the spine. As a result, they cannot even be placed properly in a library as a collectible set. Considering the content and quality, the product is not worth the price and feels like a waste of money. Please refer to the real pictures I have uploaded for clarity.

I wanted to return this set of books for only one reason that THIS BOOK CAN BE EASILY GIVEN IN SIMPLE PAPER . WHY IS HARD BINDING AND SUCH REFINED PAPER IS USED . THE PURPOSE IS READING AND GAINING KNOWLEDGE . PLEASE IT'S A SUGGESTION THAT DON'T BE THE REASON FOR MORE DEFORESTATION AND IT MUST BE THERE IN AMAZON'S CSR POLICIES TOO. THANK YOU AND KINDLY UNDERSTAND MY CONCERN .

We purchased this box set to use in our homeschool for middle schoolers. Love all of the illustrations! Each page has full color artwork that takes up most of the page. There is a lot of information about each scientist as well.

Great idea but terrible writing

Bought these for my son. They are a good source of knowledge for young readers. My son was able to use one of these books for his class essay. Would recommend these books.

It’s nice to see Nikola Tesla celebrated as an important scientist along with other well known figures. The language is elevated so if your child is young, the books might be difficult. Unfortunately, there are grammar and punctuation mistakes throughout. My 7 year old enjoyed being read to. I just wished the books used more accessible language and were carefully proofread.

Very superficial and missing the essential science in terms that a child could understand. Very disappointing.
