Generally ok but the fabric on the device came a bit frayed and worn out. Problems with the quality of the fabric.

The perfect heating pad. Comforting and soft material. Pliable for placement and easy to use. Works wonderfully.

Great size and warmth. The cord is soo cheap. It got caught in a doorway and the plastic came right off. I have heading pads that are 10+ years and never an issue. I had it for two days. I guess you get what you pay for.
