Make sure the smaller have feedback I've had a problem using my heater. I've used it twice since buying it, but it stopped working because the plug burned out. I want to replace the product or get a refund.

The side panel received in broken condition. While working for 30 minutes it stopped and afterward never restarted, need immediate attention for repairing or replacement.
