I used to own a different style of these till I lost one of the pair and it drove me nuts because I always liked them so a few years later I thought Id come back to this brand.The velcro seems small an cheesy but overall these are very comfortable even with heavy loads. I have tried many different lifting strap brands these suit me best!

Still holding onto 600+ on deadlift and powering through accessories no problem 3 years later

Lost a versa grip strap and figured I'd try these. Have a Schiek leather weight belt and love it, made in the US so I was thinking quality would be great too. They were also about $30 cheaper than the versa's and saw some reputable names in the weight training game on their infographic so I figured why not. I was deadlifting with these brand new straps and the left one failed at the 500lb mark. Ripped apart at the end of the concentric movement and I'm counting my lucky stars I didn't sustain a broken foot, dislocated shoulder, etc etc. After it ripped like that, being brand new I compared the stitching and materials against what the versa is and was shocked. No wonder it's $30 cheaper. Versa has more stitching especially at points where the rubber "strap" ties into the nylon wrist wrap portion. The versa nylon also appears to be thicker and more durable. Safe to say never buying these again, if you're serious and lift even moderately heavy pay the extra and get the superior product with the additional stitching to prevent failures like this one. I got lucky this time I won't chance it again.

Love the product!!! Had surgery on my had 3 weeks ago today and used this to pad the palm of my hand to do bench. Worked great on picking up dumbbells too!!! Awesome product!! 3rd product of theirs I have. The wrist straps with the band to wrap around the bar have worked great for over 7-8yrs!!

I gave 2 stars and not 1 because I have a pair of Schiek grips that lasted years. This set, however, did not last two months before ripping at the seem.

The grips work fine when new but after a few weeks use with heavy weights, the thread starts to break. After a couple of months use, the threads are almost all gone and the rubber bumper inside the grips fall out. The grips need to be upgraded so that they last longer than a couple of months. With stronger, cut resistant thread, I wouldn't have to replace them so frequently.

Leather handles and the wrist locks works beautifully,Schiek really is the Ultimate grip..

Received in defective condition - multiple big scratches, and seems like a pre-used item. Strongly do not recommend this seller.

As prescribed…good stuff

Great product so far. Excellent construction. Robust material. I like these way better than the conventional straps. The rubber pad makes "hooking in" a breeze, even with a bad grip. Really helps take the biceps out of back work. I would recommend these.
