ITs a standard old school cotton mop head. The quality seems to be great ive been using it for over 6 month on a 2k square foot house with 6 dogs who tend to have accidents. The benefits are its heavy and takes less swipes to clean up messes and tough stains. Cons...its heavy and if your arms might get tired if you have to put in a big cleaning session. All in all, get it if you need to clean up big messes, it is very good at its job. Don't get it if you can't handle a heavy mop head.

i was very concerned about this purchase because it has multiple pieces that click together but it has very very little flex and seems very strong. attachment head and cotton parts are good im digging it

Mop is fine. The handle is a joke. Snaps together and is rickety and feels bad and clanks and clicks when you try to mop with it.

So this uses a segmented aluminum pole - and it is much more robust that I expected. This isn't like a wooden pole where you can put a lot of force to scrape things off the floor, but you can do some moderate scrubbing. I suppose you could count the segmented design as a positive if you want to take it apart to store or transport, as they are those spring-clip type fasteners that you see on swimming pool brush poles. The plastic assembly that holds the mop seems pretty strong, not as strong as a typical commercial mop, but it won't give you any problems, The mop stays put just fine. The cotton mop-head itself is indiscernible from other mop-heads in quality. It hasn't shed any material yet and will probably do just fine with a chemical soak or a wash.

Not a commercial heavy duty mop. The mop head doesn’t stay tight on the mop handle. The price was good.
