No problems at all. Rope size is as stated. Delivery was OK, considering it was just before Christmas. I will buy from this supplier again, next year - no question.

I have used this seal a number of times. I renew the seal every year. Found that the best way to fit is to start at the bottom part of the door near the hinge ( this is the area subject to less movement). Sometimes I have to reattach it in places during the year, there is plenty of glue provided.

Rope is poor quality, and the adhesive doesn't seem suitable for it. Trying to get the rope to stay on the door proved impossibel without a lot of clamping as the rope doesn't bend round corners very well (it just twists and buckles) Too little adhesive and the rope doesn't stick to the door. Adding more adhesive jst soaks into the rope and makes it brittle when dried causing it to break apart when any pressure is applied. Avoid.

I cleaned my stove door almost back to bare metal and followed the instructions but the glue was still wet two days after and did not attach the rope

Great product fit exactly,it will keep my fire doors sealed for a few years.

I do what the instructions say, slow burn for last bit of fitting ect. But it seems to just go rock hard, then does not create a good seal. The reason Im saying this is a previous brand I could not buy again, was thicker and under heat would not solidify. So like I said ealier, maybe it's how I fitted it, or like I'm more inclined to think is of low quality material.
