It doesn't work as good as calm pro. Too much B12 keep me awake and I tried calm pro and had less pain but I have had to take more during the night. That's too much melatonin. I've had to take calm pro twice as well but I suffer from neuropathy pretty bad. But I don't like this one at all. My toes were still hurting me and taking more than 2 is too much melatonin which makes you have vivid dreams and they will wake you up and you are groggy the next day. I'm going back to calm pro. It doesn't do that and it works fairly well.

I was very excited to hopefully get some relief from my experiencing occasional numbness and tingling in my foot after ankle surgery; and, sleeplessness as a result. However, on the contrary. The melatonin (15mg) contributed to my wakefulness. The ineffectiveness of this product caused me to look up the supplement facts. I found that the supposedly [active] ingredients are a "Proprietary Blend" (lack of individual ingredient information). The total weight of the blend is listed, but not the weight of each ingredient within it. It's like a box of chocolates, you don't know what [how much] you're getting.

A very good product and a good value.
