Had for months and not a scratch even though toss hurriedly at times in purse with keys, coins, metal barrettes, pens, and the like. Easy to operate phone installed since we took precaution to adjust settings for screen protector before applying. No bubbles nor rainbow effect as others have described. Finger prints and occasional smudges require buffing a bit on occasion to clear, but doesn't look too bad and mostly shows only in bright light. Easy install per manufacture (video link makes easy demo) and stays put, but we did follow tip of lightly blow trying edges with hair dryer while pressed firmly outward from center and down on edges (since manufacture reports adhesive only on edges). Does attract dust/lint around edges, but mostly cleans with single wipe. Can see matrix faintly in background only in bright sunlight; looks like a faint, finely woven window screen. Definitely stays clearer than vinyl types. We tried to register each glass screen protector from this manufacturer separately (since we have different types of phones), but were informed they are registered altogether by Amazon order number (so you may wish to order separately if you want to be linked to accounts related specifically to the phone that will use each one). Seller very friendly. While carefully researching how best to protect phones, we learned about Visible, Verizon's own new little known discount cell phone network using the same towers others would have to rent from the "big red" map. It's been awesome--reliable both in city and remote areas, best value rates (with all taxes & fees included so no hidden surprises) and NO CONTRACT so it's easy to try UNLIMITED talk/text/data and even UNTHROTTLED HOTSPOT tethering which was recently upgraded in speed! When my wife and I bought our Samsung S9 and S9+ we were sold Gadget Guard's Black Ice Liquid Screen protection. They said it was the best and on, and on. Well, our 4 year old son simply dropped the phone from about 2.5' onto crushed granite on a trail and the screen shattered all over the place. We called Gadget Guard and they did not want to honor their protection guarantee. Instead of wasting energy fighting them, I decided to write the the ordeal to experience and go with a real screen protector. Seriously, I think the liquid protection is truly a gimick along the lines of selling the emperor new clothes. I've had tempered glass on our kids' ipads so we decided to go with what we knew worked. This product is better than any other we've used for the following reasons: 1) Came with an installation frame that takes the guess work out of positioning the screen. You simply do the wet wipe, dry wipe snap on the frame and the protector just falls in place PERFECTLY. I installed 2 and had no experience with this product and it worked out flawlessly both times, again, thanks to having the frame. 2) The tempered glass is very well designed. It supports our Speck cases perfectly without any need for adjustments. This was true for both the S9 as well as the S9+. 3) Device use was good. We didn't have to adjust the sensitivity at all on the digitizer. The only slight down side...the screen is a bit glossy...BUT, it's not really an issue if the brightness is at the right level. It can be an issue if you turn the brightness down. However, I didn't find that it bothered me after the initial observation. PROS: 1) Case Friendly 2) Real Protection 3) Perfect Fit 4) Super Easy Install - Frame 5) No degradation in Use Cons - none really.

I bought this screen projector after having used my Nintendo Switch protector with great results. I do still feel like this is a good product with a few flaws. First, I'll go over the pros. The screen protector is very easy to install. When I first put it on, I screwed up the positioning and was able to easily remove and reapply the protector without ruining the adhesive or getting any dust underneath. When applying, I'd recommend keeping the screen on as the protector has black edges on the top and bottom, so poor positioning can cut off a bit of the screen (which is what I did originally). Having the screen on should make it easy to get right the first time. The protector is clear and works responsively even without touch sensitivity being turned on (although I would still recommend having it turned on just in case as lighter touches don't register easily). I can't rate how durable it is yet as I haven't dropped my phone, but it's been working great so far without getting scratched. The product comes with a lifetime replacement warranty wherein they'll give you up to two extra protectors whenever your current one breaks, so you should be set for screen protectors unless you drop your phone A LOT. Finally, it works perfectly with cases. Mine is a custom made case from Custom Envy, and the protector plays perfectly with it. Now onto the cons. The most noticeable problem I had was with a rainbow effect. When the phone has been in my pocket for a while or some abnormal pressure (such as when I wipe the screen of finger prints) is placed on the phone screen, a rainbow effect will appear for a while. This is annoying and very obtrusive when in use; however, after a while outside of my pocket and without having extra pressure on it, the rainbow effect will go away, so I see it as a minor inconvenience mostly. If it stayed permanently, I would definitely not recommend this protector at all. The projector also collects a bit of dust on the edges where the protector connects to the phone, and that's mildly annoying as well, but it's not really something that would stop me from purchasing it. Finally, the dot matrix can be occasionally annoying. It's clearly visible in dim light such as night time with low brightness on the phone. When purchasing, I didn't think the matrix would be so visible, but I was disappointed. However, since its only visible in dim light, it's only an occasional nuisance like the rainbow effect. Overall, I think this is a solid protector for your phone with some occasional annoyances. I wish I could give a 3.5 star rating as it isn't quite a 4 and it isn't quite a 3, but I'm happy enough with the product to give it the higher rating. For the price, it's a good deal.

After 5 months of use, I now have chips on the bottom of the screen protector. Luckily it seems to be just the protector and not my screen. There is supposed to be a lifetime warranty... How do I get a replacement? I've used screen protectors for years. It has ALWAYS been a hassle getting them on straight, getting rid of bubbles and having touch sensitivity with them on. Most of the time I would wind up taking them off after a few months. THIS IS DIFFERENT! Different in a great kind of way. It's easy to apply, it comes with a tool that serves as a guide to put it on straight. Literally, I had this on my Galaxy 9+ in under 2 minutes and it looks good! I've had it on for over a week and I love it! The glass is thin but still thick enough to protect. Touch sensitivity is not impaired at all. It's the extra protection you didn't know you needed! It's easy to apply and difficult to notice once it's on! 🙂 UPDATE! This screen protector may have just saved my phone. I've had this on since I got my Galaxy S9+ mid March. It is now mid June. I had my phone in a wallet type case that had slots for credit cards and such and I may have had one or two too many cards in there. I noticed a crack in my screen protector last night. Most likely a pressure crack. This could have been much worse! I ordered a replacement protector last night, it will be here tomorrow. And I also took my cards out of my case! 🙂

I am a data center operations manager so at times I can be rough on my phone. Recently we were removing old computer shipment items from our loading dock. I had my phone in my shirt pocket and as I was working it took a hard dive onto the dock. The previous screen protector did protect my phone but hit the concrete so hard that the cover popped off (I also have a gel slipcase that protected the non-screen portion of the phone). I quickly looked online for an alternative and found this Glass Screen Protector 3d Curve on Amazon for the Galaxy S9+. The Amazon Prime price was very good and the reviews also. For the price it seemed a very professional little kit. Molded glass cover, installation tray so I could line it up properly, cleaning cloths to remove old dirt etc. before installing. Could not have been easier and it looks great. Scratch resistant, hardened glass, zero bubbles, ultra clear - just like it says on the package. I liked it so much I bought a second as a spare (the asking price makes it easy!) - because you never know when a loading dock might up and attack your phone again. Very happy- highly recommended. A+

Keeping in mind that I have not really dropped my phone yet on its' screen to test out the protection aspect of this product, this glass protector has done well so far. It came with a great application kit and instructions. Application was easy enough, however the adhesive that sticks the screen to the phone - located only on the top and bottom and a small thin strip up the sides of the glass - needs some extra strength. It does not stick well enough to the screen of the phone and dust will get inside if you are not careful. The protector has also came off and fell on the floor - it didn't break but it did get all sorts of dust and fibers stuck on whatever sticky adhesive was left! Kind of a pain, but I've no issues otherwise with touch or sensitivity. It does hold fingerprints pretty well, so I often find myself cleaning the screen. Overall, not a bad product, but there is room for improvement. **added for update** Price point wise - this protector is a steal. With that being said, it can also be quite a waste of money because you'll be replacing them every other month. In addition to the above mentioned, the dust that somehow gets under and accumulates beneath the screen is rather obnoxious. My first protector formed two lengthy cracks in it (probably due to the phone being in my back pocket) It seems the glass does not have enough flex to handle the booty apparently. I also find that the screen scratches quite easily - I feel I am aware and careful to not keep my phone in the same pocket as my keys or anything that may cause scratches, but I did have scratches happen with both the first and second protectors I've used. I think next time around, because this is the second screen I have purchased, I will be trying a different brand or style.

I purchased the Tmobile suggested "Pure Gear" protector for 45 dollars when I bought the phone and they installed it for me. However after a few days it started to feel less sensitive and even with the increased sensitivity setting turned on, I did not like the product. I purchased this to replace that and wow am I am happy. It was less expensive, but did not feel cheap. It covers the screen a bit more and the black sides help cut off the light coming from behind the screen protector so it looks more uniform. Fits fine with my otterbox case. A real winner in my book. :) Update 4/19 So I reduced my review down to 3 stars from 5. Why? Quite simple. The protector still good, but within the last week it has mysteriously gotten specs of lint or whatever under the screen. I mean I pressed this guy on hard as could be when installed but it doesn't glue well enough to keep stuff from getting in the gap. Still a great value - but now I have to try to take it off and clean it which I shouldn't have to do. Uploaded second picture for reference Update 3 - had removed and cleaned and was good for a few more weeks. Now I have a dirt piece way in the middle where it never was before. So it might take cleaning and refitting so your results may vary as to how happy you are. Update 8/31 After two falls to the concrete my screen protector finally cracked. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement right away. Make sure to register the product for up to two replacement no matter what happens to the protection they have you covered. Great experience so uploaded another photo and raised my review score. Phone looks good as new.

TLDR: This product goes from amazing to worthless in under a month. PROS: -Install is super easy -Goes on clean with no dust/particles under when you use the installation kit -The first couple days it seems like it isn't even there -Apparently a great warranty for drops/cracks (according to other reviews and their site) CONS: -The only adhesive parts of the protector are the sides, and that is just not enough to hold this in place for any amount of time -Accumulates grease and smudges very easily (compared to the stock screen) -The corners begin to collect dust underneath despite being applied properly during installation -Touch sensitivity becomes a major issue (even with the screen protector setting on) -Not really case friendly at all (my case soft side-buttons seemed to accelerate the time it took for it to fail) -Product lasted about a month before slowly coming loose and then falling off This is the first time I have ever used a screen protector and I went with this one because it seemed like best case-friendly one out there. First: It's an absolute breeze to install this product with the applicator guide and instructions. This should be the industry standard. Once it was on, it seemed like my phone screen would finally be protected. However, after a few days I already noticed the screen had a couple knicks and scratches on it with no major drops. The screen also got very dirty, very easily (smudges were far too common). It was after a week I noticed the sides of the screen protector would "click up" when using the power/volume keys with the usual amount of force. The protector would not come loose, but it seemed like it was ready to. Also at this time, sensitivity became a major issue. Even with the increased sensitivity setting enabled, keys would repeatedly not register being touched. The notification bar became impossible to pull down. Finally, less than a month after using it, it came off on its own. I'm no engineer, but it seemed like the protector just did not have the adhesive strength required to stay on the screen (I'm sure the curved nature of the screen doesn't make it easy to design a product that will). So all in all, If you want to give it a shot go for it. I too had multiple tabs open with various other screen protectors and chose this one. Just make sure you initiate the return to Amazon in time if you experience the same thing I did.
