Using Muscle blaze for a while now.I dont use the recommended dosage.I use just half but its worked fine for me.Weight has increased gradually by 0.5 kg per month which was my target.Only side effect is that after the shake it causes lot of gas in the stomach hence 4 stars instead of 5.else would strongly recommend.This one has a good balance of protien and carbs.

Guys honestly this product is delicious in terms of flavour...bt if ur looking for weight gain... this product is not gona help u as per ur expectations...its not gona show u effective result...!!

Very bad quality product, too much sugary which is not good for health.

I have had a crap experience with healthkart and muscle blaze in the past because most of their formulations were useless and tasted really bad. This Gold gainer is an exception to that rule because in my opinion it the best formulated gainer for lean muscle gain available in india today. It doesn't have added multivitamins and minerals like muscletech products....but it has by far the best protein to carbs ratio...and the carbs are higher quality..lower on the glycemic index..and come from ingredients like oat fiber...and isomaltulose...which is a slow release carbohydrate. The flavor is not too great and takes some getting used to...the price is reasonable for what you get. But seeing the ingredient list...and the gains you get with a heavy workout the taste shouldn't matter.

The product showed on amazon was Gold gainer XXL, but product i received was gold gainer. Initially i thought both are same later i checked nutrients and quantity with amazon pic with product really disappointed.. I ordered bcz it serves 30g protein now its labelled as 25g protein. For 25g only i could have gone for 90% iso whey.. Bcz 30g protein, with creatine i choosed this one.. Whether rebranding the old one or adding new one i dont know. Plz change pic it will confuse new buyers

Its really a great product as muscle blaze is the best Indian brand if u r lean and want to gain muscle and weight u should definitely take it.. it shows result within 1 months afterwards u can take whey protein using this 100 % result
