This is such a wonderful thing! It's very well crafted and painted beautifully with a gilt roof and lots of mirrors and glass mosaic pieces. Some people are saying that it's SO small. Yes it's small, but not like miniature, doll house small. It's the perfect size to put on a coffee or end table as an unusual decorative accent piece. I really wouldn't put it outside, there are other larger teakwood spirit houses available on Amazon for that purpose. In fact I'm ordering two of those from this seller next month for that very thing. The seller was so nice to deal with. I really can't express how amazing this little thing is. I am so happy with it! It took a little while to ship from Thailand, but not that long. Just order ahead if you need it by a certain time. I highly recommend this cool spirit house and this seller. Good job!

I had never heard of a spirit house until a couple of years ago !! I was absolutely charmed by the idea of it !! Since then I have bought several & have given them as gifts !! This is a unique gift !! A place a ghost would be proud to haunt !!

Product is pretty but poorly made. The first one I ordered was completely broken and had to be replaced. The return product came and part of it was damaged. Also, I do not believe it is made of wood, looks more like a paper machete constructed product.

My husband and I admired the spirit houses on our trip to Thailand last year, so I thought I would surprise him with one for Christmas. I settled on this one, even though I knew from the other reviewer that it was very small. It is adorable, but yes very very small. But just perfect for the tiny Buddha miniature bronze amulets that I picked up in Thailand. Don't expect to put anything more than a couple of inches high inside it though! It is nicely crafted though and it came ahead of the expected time, well wrapped and protected, and in excellent condition. It looks just like the photo as well.

The product is nice, but it is very small. The price was good so I kept it, but in the future I will splurge and buy a larger Spirit House

This is a Spirit House, used for worship in Southeast Asia. Just looking through Amazon, you find such interesting items, and learn so much. This is the smaller of the two Spirit Houses, fits perfectly into an area I needed. I have a room devoted to the Orient. Crafted nicely.
