Trying to figure out digestive issues is sometimes a hard journey. I trust Seeking Health products because their formulator, Dr. Ben Lynch is a highly respected and knowledgeable naturopathic Dr. I finally discovered that I needed stronger stomach acid, in order to be able to break down my food and be able to absorb the fats and other nutrients in my food. Was diagnosed with EPI a while back and was prescribed high powered digestive enzymes. However, the enzymes were just a part of that picture. When you don’t produce enough stomach acid, that also makes it hard for your body to break down foods, especially fats. Fat malabsorption is a problem because you also can’t absorb fat soluble vitamins, A,D,E, and K. I recently also discovered that I am MTHFR and what that looks like by getting genetic testing, and I also highly recommend you take a look at DR Ben Lynch’s book, Dirty Genes for more on that. This product is perfectly formulated with so much more than just HCL, but beneficial and supportive herbs and nutrients to get your bile flowing well and to support your digestive tract as a whole. It is in my mind one of the best forms of support on the market. For me, I needed to take the 4 capsules before each meal, and if taking a snack, I would take 1 or 2 of these capsules, in addition to taking my digestive enzymes. It has worked so well.

Excellent product. I have been using this before meals since I was diagnosed with a gall stone, while waiting for surgery. My doctor did not recommend this, I did my own research.

This stuff works!

I haven’t noticed much of a difference yet, but I’m working on being more consistent with taking it. Hoping it will help support my gallbladder function over time. Pain relief: I haven’t experienced much pain relief yet. I’m working on staying consistent with it and hoping to see results with time. Quality: The supplement quality would have been better if it came as a 60-day supply. The 30 day supply feels too short, especially since supplements are expensive. Hoping for a longer supply in the future. Taste: The taste isn’t bad at all, which makes it easier to take. Ingredients: The ingredients seem high quality and thoughtfully chosen to support gallbladder health.
