Great headset and value for money
I needed a headset as I work as a volunteer for the Bat Conservation Trust Helpline UK. As a volunteer I couldn’t afford an expensive headset but needed something that was compatible with GLO com and also worked on my iMac. This headset is excellent, easy to connect - I use it with the USB C Dongle which is supplied with it but it can also be connected via Bluetooth or wired. It charges really quickly and comes with a USB C cable, charge lasts really well easily long enough for my 6 hour shift. The sound quality is great - I had no problem hearing callers and they could hear me well too. Very pleased with it and I would recommend it to anyone working from home taking calls or video calls. I often find it difficult to get over ear headphones that fit properly and don’t slip around - I have a small head but these are fine and also comfortable.

Good set of headphones with some minor drawbacks
I have been using a set of wired headphones (provided by my employer) with my office laptop for Teams meetings. Using the wired one has been a hassle and I was looking for a wireless/bluetooth to give me some freedom of movement. After researching on Amazon I came across JLab Go Work wireless headset. I went for it after seeing the number of ratings it has received and the reviews looked good. Set up was easy and I was connected in no time. The ear pads are well padded and sit well (a bit tight for me) on the ears. The padding on the headside makes it more comfortable. The sound quality is good and this has been a relief during my calls. A few improvements that it could do with: 1. I wear specs and with the temple behind my ear and the headphones on the ear, the temple was sandwiched between my ear and back of my head. This was a bit painful. The work around for me was to place the temple of the specs on my ear rather than behind it. Pls check pics for reference. 2. I wish the earphone arms could be extended further so the earphones sat a little lower on my ears. 3. I realised that this is not a proper 'MS Teams' compatible. So when I press the mute button on the headphone, it doesn't mute on the Teams app. This could be a very helpful feature. 4. Also when I call someone, I hear no ringing when the 'Calling...' is flashing on Teams. I think this can be fixed with a software/firmware update? All in all a decent headset and since I started using it only a few days ago will take some time to getting used to.

UPDATED: BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Amazing cannot fault, highly recommend and worth the price
***updated: BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I've had these since April now but the mic had recently broke, I was gutted as they're so comfy and I use them 40+ hours a week, great battery life and amazing being wireless! I contacted the sellers due to the warranty, sent photos of my order receipt and the broken headphones and they sent me a code for a new pair!! The website unfortunately wouldn't work for me however they quickly helped by placing the order for me! They replied so quick and happy to help, I'm honestly so delighted as I've just moved, changed job and couldn't afford to fork out more money! Highly highly recommend, looking forward to continue with the new headset!!!❤️ Brilliant, use for working from home and god I love wireless so much, the mute button is great and soo handy too, super loud and so comfy for those long days and the mic is brilliant too. Noise cancelling is also good and great battery life, I do 9hour shifts and usually lasts round 3 days with ease, doesn't take long the charge!

JLab Go Work bt headset
Great headset. Light weight. Good build quality. Nice mic boom. Comfy for mid term use but slightly overtight for all day use, leaving ears feeling a little squished Sound quality is very good for meetings and music but slightly over boomy on bass. They present an agile and detailed sound with music, certainly not tiresome but the bass might be slightly too aggressive for some. Not noticeable on voice calls though (diff Freq). Mute light on mic boom almost impossible to see (maybe my eye sight) but love the mute button the headset rather than using Teams or handset. Nice touch. However button is mechanical and has got stuck on mute a couple of times (just press in centre to release properly). Range is very good. I can still get signal all round my house outside with laptop in lounge. Approx 15m max as stated in manual. Switching between connections not always mooth but not sure if that's Teams or Bluetooth adaptor. Sadly the set doesn't come with a usb adaptor so need to buy one too (about £10 for a decent one v5.0). Quick charge times and good accessories. Batt life so far is brilliant - a charge per week being more than enough and I am a mid to heavy user - maybe 5 hrs per day for meetings. The price is unreal at just over £49 compared to rivals at 3 or 4x price. Very pleased.

2nd pair broken in 6 months
This is my second headset in 6 months which have failed. All week I’ve had people saying they can hear people around me. These are meant to be noise cancelling headphones which is not ok. Wouldn’t be purchasing again

Mostly does the job
Not a bad product but has a few limitations. I use it on a work computer which has not internal bluetooth drive so i use the USB dongle supplied, it's quite a long piece which if you have USB sockets next to each other then it can block other ones which can we annoying if youre limited with USB sockets. If you use this USB connection then you cant use the on headset answer button which is a little annoying as thats part of the reason i wanted this on. After a while the mute button started working intermittently. It would mainly work in the mornings and then not work in the afternoons. I had some feedback from the people i speak to about sound quality saying i sounded far away sometimes or "it sounded like you were in a cupboard" i sit very close to the computer (its desk top so within a couple of feet) so i don't think it was the connection but maybe an issue with the headset or microphone? I do get a very good range from being away from the computer, i can easily go upstairs in the warehouse to about 10 metres or so and not have any issues with it breaking up at all. i can even go through a few doors and still hear clearly with no disruption. I use it full time 9 or so hours a day and the battery lasts pretty well, just a simple USB C connector and i charge it over night on my desk when not in use. Overall not too bad, but i am looking at changing it due to the issues i'm having but only when i find a decent one i'll change it and keep it as a spare

Excellent (just short of perfect)
First of all, these headsets do not have a noise cancellation feature, so I have no idea whatsoever why Amazon want me to rate that feature. Obviously 0 stars for that. Even Jlabs don't make that claim! After that it had to be said that this is a terrific headset for the money. Light and comfortable, easy to install, runs for ages between charges. It's fair to say that it will satisfy 99.99% of users 99.99% of the time whether it's being used for an Office Teams meeting, multiplayer video game, to watch a movie or tutorial, or listening to music. Sound quality is pretty good with bass frequencies reproduced powerfully down to about 20hz with little flutter, although I was slightly disappointed to find that at the upper end the frequency response tops out at a mere 15khz. I was hoping for at least 18khz, but the cut off is so dramatic I suspect this is by design so that anyone using it for many hours continuously is protected from high frequencies that could cause headaches, so this could well be another very positive design point. Also it is basically marketed as office equipment rather than HiFi, so that's fair enough. I like that the mic lights up red when muted. When I'm awaiting my turn to speak in a Teams meeting, I mute my mic on the headset not within the Teams app. This means I'm not frantically trying to get my mouse back into the right place to unmute myself when my turn comes - I just click the switch on the right earpiece and I'm on. The mic arm rotates both ways so you can have it on the left or right side, but if you have it on the left, the left and right stereo channels are flipped, so if having stereo sound with the mic on the left is important to you, make sure your phone or sound card can flip the stereo channels back for you. Overall, 4.99 stars.

Good sound, but lots of glitches
I bought this headset for work, because of the many Teams meetings I have every day. I have hearing problems (mild-moderate loss), so sound quality is a deciding factor for me. In that regard, the headset is great. The maximum volume is loud (which doesn't happen with any set), so I thought I had struck gold. But after a few days of use, some glitches started to occur (and others became a problem). - the mute/unmute button, which is on the right side, only works with Teams when the connection is made using the USB-c connector. Via Bluetooth, the button doesn't work, so you need to click on the Teams button itself. This takes away some of the practicality of having a button on the headset itself. - For the reason above, I started using only the USB-c connector. For the first few days, it worked perfectly, both on the laptop itself and on the hub that I connect to the laptop via USB-c input. After a while, it stopped working on the hub, and then stopped working properly even when it was connected directly to the laptop. What happens is that, without me touching anything, the microphone switches on and off the mute without stopping, quickly, causing my voice to become “choppy” in a meeting. Several times, I had to leave the call, grab cable headphones, and only then return to the meeting. Terrible. - The USB-c connector is huge, which takes up a lot of space on the side of my laptop, and makes it impossible for me to plug in the connector and my battery charger at the same time. Anyway, the sound quality is good, but when it works properly. I may have received a defective headset, or it is simply bad. I would send it back and ask for a refund (there's still time), but I've probably already thrown the box away. So I just lost the money, because I need to buy another headset that works. I was happy to finally find a headset that works with my imperfect ears, but unfortunately no luck.
