I have used this groin guard for wrestling, mma and jiu jitsu. It is comfortable, and you do not have to readjust it often. True to size. Can move around easily with full flexibility, and have used it for a while and seems to be made of a good material. Easy to put on as well!

the band and positioning is perfect but the protective cup is a little on the small side
