mCover Case Compatible ONLY with 2022～2023 16" Dell Inspiron 7620 2-in-1 Inspiron 5620/5630 Clamshell Windows Computer (NOT Fitting Any Other Dell Models) - Black

I have the 2023 Dell Inspiron 2-n-1 and the case fits snug. It clearly states in the description what models this case will fit. I ordered the green and it looks nothing like the picture. Unfortunately, that happens with a lot of different products when purchased online. So, I'm not going to deduct "stars" for that. I purchased the case to protect my laptop, and it does a decent job and does not create a lot of bulk.

I bought this case specifically because the description said it was compatible on the Dell Inspiron 16 7630 2 in 1. The top portion covering the screen fit eh okay, but the base wouldn't fit. The cheap plastic looked like it was about to break with me trying to make it fit so I didn't even bother. It would have been a cute case as the orange color was nice but this is like a low grade 3 D printing project gone wrong. I wouldn't waste your time with even getting it.

Lid cover fits nicely, which was the main part I wanted (to cover up dents). Base cover fits snugly on the sides and less snugly the front below the touchpad. There are two small clips there that sit where your wrists rest and they tend to pop off. That said, those clips are not really needed as the cover is held in place by three larger clips on the right side and two larger clips on the left side. All ports are accessible and the bottom cover vents align with the laptop vents. The cover does not interfere with the hinge. The black cover is translucent, but you cannot see the Dell logo (on my blue laptop) through it and it conceals any damage. You can see brighter colored items through the cover.

The top case is fantastic and fits the laptop well but the bottom case doesn’t fit with the ports, it blocks access to them. The bottom cover keeps popping off, so I’ve elected not to use it and it’s the most important part of the cover.

Case was a nice fit for the top of my lap top but did not fit the bottom. Bottom half would not latch on.

Pretty but only the top part is compatible with my computer, despite choosing the correct model.

I double checked my model before buying as the seller suggested. I have a 16" Dell Inspiron 7630 2-in-1 laptop. The screen protector part fits perfectly. The bottom (laptop) part doesn't fit at all. The clips won't go all the way and the cover falls out easily. Making it actually less safe than without. Don't waste your time or money with this one!

It fits perfectly. Without leaving any play or gap. But the material feels cheap.
