Excellent, really easy to use for someone with hyper mobility in hands, a little bit expensive but worth it. Because of the price I have been hesitating but am really happy and will be getting some more different ones.

My partner has rheumatoid arthritis and finds it difficult to get downward pressure with a knife. That can make cutting thick vegetables very difficult. We thought this might help, allowing for more of a sawing action and using the arm more than the wrist. Unfortunately it has made no difference; the action of the hand is much the same and cutting is just as difficult. It is well enough made and works well as a basic serrated knife. However, if you are looking at this as you have similar circumstances to ourselves, it may not be the answer you are hoping for.

I’ve had one of these knifes for over twenty years. Now it’s finally give up the ghost. I would be lost without it. I find it so easy to do all my veg and salad items. The moulded handle is comfortable and you can grip with ease. I was so glad to find that I could buy another on Amazon.

I have a good old Stirex knife but getting old and I can't find them in the UK, I thought this would help but far too flimsy and badly made. I love cooking even with disabilities and need better quality utensils for the kitchen, this is a poor example I'm afraid.
