I got this cam in April 2024 and it died out in Jan 2026.not even 2 years. The issue is with the software update ,when I downloaded the update firmware from company web site on sd card and tried to update it. But it got stuck and unable to boot. It's continuously in boot loop. Contacted the support team that said it's a device issue , which is false. It got stuck due to corrout file on company website. They don't even tell you how much does it cost to reset or repair .pathetic experience. Never buying Nextdigitron cam again and suggest everyone to avoid it. I have uploaded the video for reference

Expected a lot better performance at this price. While the front camera is decent during the day and average at night, the rear one is poor during the day and almost useless at night. I would suggest buying another brand whichever comes with a Starvis 2 sensor if you are going to spend around 10k. I purchased a 70mai a510 for my other car and the video quality was significantly better.
