Very sharp and cute. Like a cat. What more could you ask for?The coating on the blades has never chipped or come off & I use these knives often. I hand wash them only tho so that might have something to do with it.

Honestly only bought because of the cute design but I was pleasantly surprised to find that these are genuinely good/sharp knives and has made my cooking experience much easier and much more fun!
