Q: how do you remove the battery?

I did not have the strength to pull the battery out of the driver. So I got my jar lid opener with different width grips and placed the soft pointed grip on the ridges on each side of the battery and gripped and pulled. It came right out... The key is those grips on the sides of the battery have to be pressed in and pull battery at same time.
