It's a good trimmer
It's a good trimmer built with safety in hand but it's not 100% as it has a possibility of nicking even though the chance is small. Blades are sharp, battery life is excellent, noise level is low (I don't find it irritating or loud). I would give it a 9.8 rating. It's a value for money product

Bad product bad support
This trimmer is rotting in my home since a year, only got to use it a few times for 1-2 months then it stopped working, tried reaching the customer support multiple times, they didn't reply the mails and they closed the chat when I messaged them on WhatsApp
