So I have been buying trace minerals from a reputable supplier for a while, as distinct from Vitamins etc. I have narrowed my supplementation down to things that work for me. Trace minerals (along with high strength electrolytes) are two such supplements. I know, recognise and feel the benefits. So I was gutted when my favoured supplier could not supply my repeat order of trace minerals. After much searching I found these. Being a quarter of the price I was skeptical. But to my joy felt no 'lesser' benefit. So amazed was I that I decided to stop supplementation with them for a week to see what happened. Yup lower energy, a general malaise and lack of joie de vivre characterised life without these trace minerals which was all rectified on taking them again. It took a couple of days to return to my peak levels of energy and well being. So, much as I prefer to use the term good value than cheap, these are 'the business'. Highly recommend.
