LED screen is not lightening up and keep beeping
LED screen is off and it is keep beeping and fan is noisy

Works great, lights are terrible
Looks amazing, works well with Alexa, I enjoy the purifying feature. With all of that said, I hate the lights. They are not bright at all. Half the time we can’t even tell they’re on. We are changing the lights and ordered new ones already.

Outside finish is not consistent
We opened the box when the hood arrived to make sure it wasn’t damaged and to verify all pieces were included. What we did not do was pull off all the plastic film to keep it protected until ready for install. Today our contractor was pulling the film off to install and noticed that the surface was partially shiny and the rest was brushed. Of course we are outside our return window by 2-3 weeks so we get to have a ridiculous looking hood or get to spend money on a new one.
