These Omega-3 capsules are excellent quality and very easy on the stomach. They don’t cause discomfort or fishy aftertaste, and I love that they’re plant-based. A great supplement for daily use—effective, clean, and gentle.

I have been using these omega supplements for about 60 days to lower my cholesterol. I’ve haven’t had my cholesterol below 220 for the past 10 yrs and I’m 42. Genetics can be a pain, but I just had my cholesterol checked today for a 2 month check and I went from a total of 240 down to 207! I was pleasantly surprised to see this and I’m hoping it will go lower as I continue to take this. I highly recommend giving these a try if you need to lower your cholesterol and don’t want to take statins.

Was looking for a vegan/vegetarian blend to get off the fish oil after learning how that process works... Glad to find an alternative!! I value my omegas and these are great! No more fish taste - fish burps no more! A little pricey to what is available elsewhere veg like

I've been using this for over 2 years. I first found it at Sam's club and switched from the krill oil and fish oil type of supplement. Sam's quit carrying the line and I just couldn't go back to the fish based product after I had switched. I think this product is so much easier on my system. No after taste, no upset stomach from taking on an empty tummy. The size of it is big; it's one of my biggest pills, but it is very slick so it goes down easy. I gave it 3 stars for cost because it was more reasonably priced at Sam's club and this is a bigger market so I feel it should be a better price here.

Go down easily. I buy these because I am allergic to all fish: fin, shell, crustaceans, fresh water, seawater. But the high dose is giving me the runs, I will switch to the minis for my next purchase.

Ugh. I was buying this Iwi Omega thinking it was high quality. Then, yesterday, before i re-ordered, I noticed several other Algae companies listing on their bottles how they are "Carageenan-FREE,"". So, I checked my bottle. It doesn't list Carageenan, but Iwi is sneaky--they list it as "Seaweed Extract" for the capsules. Im DONE buying these. My digestion has been OFF, bloating & irritated fir months and my Naturopathic couldn't understand why either. If you don't know. I learned 10 yrs ago that Carageenan is being used on lab rats to CAUSE & induce Intestinal Inflammation and Cancer for studies!! The Organic Food Industry has been trying to get it banned first from organic foods. Im so tired of companies hiding these harmful ingredients. Sharing hete. So it helps others. DON'T BUY. I bought another brand that specifically lists Carageenan Free.
