So sharp! It can literally cut you!
I’m only writing this review about these knifes because they are sooo sharp that my pregnant wife sliced her finger by accident and had to go to urgent care to get stitches! Had to remove one star due to that. I hope you guys can help with the bill we will be getting! Thanks! Great knifes!

Ok it’s just a set of kitchen knives right? Well yeah but these are so much more. Not only do they look good, they feel so good to use. They are cleverly designed with unique features like the little resting stub to keep the blade off the surface when not in use. I have never used such sharp knives before. Fresh bread cuts so easily with so few crumbs. Brilliant. Not just a pair of scissors either. They easily separate to make cleaning a doddle. They are very easy to handle….designed to do any cutting job perfectly. Thank you Joseph and Joseph

Joseph & Joseph products are always practical and well made - and with that premium label, comes a premium price tag. My review here is of the product and not the price. It's entirely your choice whether you think this is worth the current £140 asking price. It's a very smart looking set. It has nice, clean lines and there is obviously a lot of thought here. The wooden block is well finished. Perhaps not quite as sharp as I would have liked for the price. There are a few rough edges on the aperture slots, but nothing too bad. All of the knives are pretty well balanced and have a nice weight. They are suitably sharp, but not more so than knives I have that were sub £100. The Japanese steel looks good and the construction feels like these will last. The santoku and small cerated knife are particularly nice in use. The scissors are a nice pair of kitchen scissors. They look smart, although on close inspection some of the plastic moulding could be better finished. They work well though and are useful and up to most kitchen jobs short of really heavy duty stuff.

This is a great set, modern, great quality and looks great too. Knives and scissors are very sharp and have a good weight to them, all complete in a nice wooden block. Only reason I have given 4 stars is that I think they’re slightly overpriced.
