I bought mine with transitions and all before the launch of Meta AI in UAE and it’s not working and very disappointing that I am not getting the support either from Ray Ban or Meta.Amazon should have informed buyers to wait until the release BUT they too did not knowing that I was purchasing from UAE.Have other experienced the same?How do you fix this?

I dislike weight it is heavy else everything is perfect voice command is fine

Pros: Easy to setup AI works great Fits as any Ray-Ban Good image quality (daytime) Cons: Sharp edges on the arms, not the usual Ray-ban quality Speakers are fine; but not the greatest Takes a max. of 1min video image quality (nighttime) Doesn’t come with USBC Overall; its a good option, and recommended. And I hope more software features to come

This was sold to me while im in KSA only to have it confiscated at the airport in riyadh under illegal spy items. Customs took the raybans and the money i paid for it was wasted! I request the seller and rayban to reinburse this as it was allowed for my to buy them without a notice nor informing me that its illegal in ksa

Cannot get them to connect to phone. Cannot do anything. Frustrating. Called the help line and they referred me to a website. Tried that. Useless. Tried you tube videos but can’t get it to open. Really frustrating. Not happy.

I must say that these glasses are incredible. I used them almost every day listening to music or recording videos and it’s awesome. The only downside about it is the AI. Unfortunately he doesn’t work well at all in Israel. Therefore, I never get to use… besides that really good glasses.
