I didn't attempt to contact them on the issue, but they still reached out to me and didn't ask a million questions or question my application before offering a refund. Companies like this are exceedingly hard to come by these days, and I'm extremely happy to find they do still exist. This simple notion made a believer out of me that they stand by their products proudly. While this particular product did have an issue, their no-nonsense response to quickly rectify the situation still warrants a 5-star review from me. With service like this, you won't be left upstream without a paddle.Original review - 2 stars - 1/25/25Others had mentioned this in other reviews I'd read on this sink, but there are pretty bad drain issues. The bottom of the sink is barely sloped towards the drain to the point that water pools in the front badly. And before others say it's not leveled properly, I've used 2 levels and both of them are smack dab on center. The drain pipe underneath is not pushing upward pressure so external factors are not causing this. It just seems like it's too small of a slope in the sink. Quite disappointing, as now we have to soak up puddles anytime we're done with the sink.If not for the draining issue, this would be a home run sink. It's a very thick and solid build, doesn't budge at all, looks beautiful and attaches easily. It's just basics 101 for a sink that drainage is the #1 use, and if it can't do that properly, it failed at the proverbial "you had one job" mantra. I've heard others suggest using car wax on the bottom in attempts to create a more hydrophobic surface that would expel water, but this shouldn't even be necessary.

This sink is extremely good quality. Exceeded all my expectations by far. Looks so much better in person than online.

I am so very glad I happened to find this sink for my laundry room! It is a very high quality stainless steel (16 gauge) and is the perfect size for what I needed. Not too large, but nice and deep--a great replacement for the ugly, plastic mop sink we were replacing in the laundry room upgrade that included adding cabinets, a countertop, and a nicer sink. While a larger sink is needed for big, messy jobs, I didn't want to use too much valuable countertop space...when I found this link with the cutting board cover, I knew it was the perfect solution to meet my needs. Then I realized it also comes with a colander....PERFECT for rinsing soap out of the delicates that require handwashing!! I found this by chance while continuing to look for a better option than the standard sinks I was finding at big box stores.The sink arrive so well packaged to ensure no scratches or dents and was an easy drop-in installation (also can be installed as undermount). In spite of my good intentions, I seldom get around to leaving a review...it speaks to how much I love this sink and how it is head and shoulders above other options that I was determined not to find time to submit this review. I do feel like I stumbled upon a hidden gem!

We used this a kitchenette in an office above our garage where we couldn't accommodate an “under mount” sink. This looks just as good.

I purchased this sink to replace the white plastic double bowl sink in my camper which I had burned/melted when I put a hot pan in it - oops! I am also replacing the countertop and the faucet. Even though this new sink is a single bowl it has a lot more volume and size than the double bowl; and it has the really nice colander which can be used as a drain for dishes and silverware, sink bottom rack, cutting board and also comes with the sink drain and basket. The stainless steel finish is flawless and the sink and lip where it sits in the cut-out in the countertop is very thick. I am very pleased with the quality and price; and it was packaged so that it would be just about impossible to damage during shipping - unless the shipper drove a forklift through it!

Good design/contemporary aesthetics. Quality seems good. Size exactly as described/the cutout template provided made for a correct fit. When installing take note of the small tabs 1/2 inch from the outside edge of the topmount sink - again, the cutout template is dead on. I have different stainless steel drainboard sink but like this better - the basket provided enables dishes to dry in the sink bowl and allows for much larger sink bowl for larger pots/pan when you remove it. Ruvarti prominently mentions HQ/Design in Texas but is silent in the amazon listing and on their website about country of origin. i sent an email to ruvarti asking country of origin and received no response. This is made in Vietnam. Not clear if the steel is from Vietnam or China.

Purchased this sink for a small bar counter in our remodeled kitchen. It matches the Ruvati top mount workstation sink we purchased as the main sink which is also excellent. The one difference between the 2 sinks is that the bar sink has an extra thick material for the flange that rests on the counter vs our other sink which uses an extrusion to make it sit up off the counter. So it doesn’t sit as high as the main sink but it does help at the faucet mounting as the faucet (glass filler for us) is perfectly stable with no flex. The accessories are great and we use them all the time just like our main sink. The accessories ledge is the main reason we went with these sinks and they don’t disappoint. Highly recommend these sinks.
