Why did you choose this product over others?: Good price and after 3 weeks my hair is noticeably better condition!

Bought it before and it worked well. So bought it again. My hair has grown thicker and long. Hair fall has stopped. I tried many products but this one is natural.

Easy to take & they seem ok, too early to tell what effect they will have but I’ll check back in at a later date.

Surprisingly I found within three days I was seeing growth in nails that had been filed right down to the hyponichium (the quick). I started taking photos daily and I could see the growing within only 11 days, and I'm even feeling a little bit of strength starting to show in the nails that are usually very weak. My nails are the reason I got this as my nails are so thin they turn inside out and they take ages to grow and even when they do, they split and snap very easily. With this and seche vite top coat my nails haven't split or broken as of yet and are growing. I have been drinking a lot of fruit tea while taking these (as I can't drink plain water, it make sure me feel sick). I haven't seen any skin issues arising as I'd been warned about (people said it can break you out, and I didn't worry because I do tend to break out easily because of eczema anyway). My skin looks clear, I think my eyelashes have started to look slightly longer and it's hard to say if my hair has changed (my hair is already too thick anyway and it's' past shoulders so it's hard to say if there's any change as I didn't measure it before hand (I'll watch my roots though as I'm growing out henna, it should be obvious in a few more weeks if there's any change she to the usual growing out). All in all I'm impressed so far, the price is good for a supplement and there's a year supply here. They don't leave funny tastes in the mouth like some do (no garlicky or fishy weird tastes), they're tiny so no struggle to swallow and they don't repeat on you (like I've had vitamins and supplements before and they always repeated on me all day and with an unpleasant taste to follow). Give it a whirl, for the price it's worth a try, if it doesn't work, pass them on to someone else. Junta remember and drink a lot of fluids as this is a water soluable supplement, it needs water to work or you can possibly break out.

Ok, This is a real review, you can e-mail me and check if you don't believe me. So I bought the Biotin, cos my Hair had fallen out after Covid. (Stay Healthy and Don't get Covid, Long Covid has awful side-effects, & I'm post Covid 9 months) The Biotin arrived and I started taking it, it does take about a month to notice any difference. The main thing I notice is my Nails and Hair. It hasn't changed my Hair structure, ie. Dryness or Curliness, but I don't loose as much hair. My hair stays where it is. So after 4 months I think I'm on it, the volume of hair is amazing. I have so much more Hair. Nails, they are friggin awesome, I can't keep up with them, I've always had reasonably good nails, but they would start to chip at about 2mm, now they are super strong and the growth rate is phenomenal. They were too long, and annoying me so I cut them, but I'd say I could easily have the growth and strength for 4mm Nails. Buy a year's supply it does work, take it every day. I will take this forever. It's an Amazing Product, the only downside is I'm in Ireland and now I've to pay extra Taxes and shipping, cos of Brexit. Will work around it. Had these for a while now, stopped for a couple of months and wow lost loads of hair and my nails just broke down..so back again..well worth it and they work for me. I'm in my 60s.

I have noticed a slight improvement with my hair growth, my sides has grown a bit but its still early days.

I was very sceptical about purchasing any Biotin products to help my hair growth more than nails. A honest review from me and don't participate in many reviews but this product does indeed work. My hair grows to certain length and that's it, does not grow more which is very odd, but after taking these now for a couple of months my hair has grown. It hasten grown massively but I notice. I have highlights every 6 week and my roots are now beyond in fact, I can't wait for my hair to be done so my roots can be covered again 😆 I notvie my hair growth because of my roots and the length and also my hair has gone thicker and it was thick before!! My nails also grow at a nice rate, and they are also more white on the tips than they were previously. I would recommend this product, my eyebrows hasn't had any difference in growth, but my hair and nails have after only a couple of months. I will purchase again when my bottle is running low, but I have a years worth so should keep me going. If you struggle with growing your hair or it's thinner, then give this a go 😊 I have gave 4 stars due to the fact I can't keep up with my roots now, lol..
