The light works great. I bought this because reviews of other lights mentioning they are not bright enough. This one is rated at 15,000 lux. I don't think I could stand it if it was any brighter. I had a problem with the completely removable stand not fitting properly. It is a piece of wood with two slots in it to hold the light at two different angles. The slots were slightly too narrow. The seller promptly replaced it. Even better they didn't want anything back so I now have two. It was easy to find another stand around the house that works. Other reviews mention the cord is too short. I agree, but the dial on the cord to turn it on and off and adjust brightness is nice.

Bright light with a dial so you can choose the intensity. The frame is small like a 5x7 picture frame which actually makes it blend in with my living room better than the other lamp I have which screams I AM A HAPPY LIGHT. I was happy to find a 15,000 lux lamp because the higher the lux theoretically the less time I need to hang out in front of it. I have always said I was part plant and needing sun by doctors orders in my rainy grey climate only proves it.

This light will not slot into the wooden stand. I spent a stupid amount of time trying different angles in case there was a jenga like way to get it in but there is not. Neither side works. I saw another reviewer had this problem so I guess we got bad stands. I asked my sister if she would hold it up for 30m each morning and she said no so I guess will have to return. Seems like an integral part of the product to not be able to get right. Please don’t judge my review based on my nails in this photo I also hate this color it looked a lot lighter in the bottle. If you are like me and hate going through the hassle of returning things buy something else.

As many other reviews said, the wooden base doesn't come close to fitting, so I have to prop it up. It's thin and unstable so it slides down or falls over. I chose this one because it's advertised as 15000 Lux, but I doubt the light it emits is even 10000. The last unit I had (a different brand) was 10000 lux and this is somewhat dimmer than that. I gave this one a 3-star rating because it does basically work ok and has a dial dimmer. But I would choose a different brand next time.

This is a nice unit at a reasonable price. It is the size of an ipad and fits nicely in the wooden stand at desk-side. I wish that I could let everyone know the answer to the big question … does it work? I have used it for just 2 mornings now and it requires at least 14 to see any differences. I will be giving the unit a 4 because of this pushed review system. Hopefully, this will provide benefit and I will … of course … let everyone know the details of how it helped or hindered.

Love it, practical and good if you're using it at a fixed point. Bed stand and office bookshelf. Cord is long enough and the switch is placed well to turn it on and off. Ease of use with the selector switch. The remote and timer didn't come with this model. Heat from the product isn't a issue.

just received it today but it is well made and exactly as described. I am hoping for it to correct a vitamin deficiency I have although not sold for that reason. Additional comment April 27,2019.... having more blood work done, was advised that my deficiency is better.... have been using the light box on days with no or dim sunshine and sitting outside for at least 1/2 hour when the sun is out. I am so pleased with this product....Judith

Attractive. Well made. Nice to have adjustable brightness. Does it work? Still waiting for results after a month of use. But in defense of this product it was 2020
