It really does help relieve a migraine, however, it is so snug it wants to slide up off my head so I have to hold it in place, which makes it hard to relax with it. Wish it came in a larger size. Otherwise, the quality is quite good. I do have a largish head but it’s not huge. Hat size 21-22. The material is silky which makes it slide on —and this off— easily. It really does relieve the pain, though!

I bought this for my son because he kept stealing mine. Haha. It is so comfortable. The gel stays cool and stays in place so well. It definitely helps with migraines but for my son he just likes the feel of the mask over other masks. Some mask have a chemical smell but this one does not at all and that is so important.

Much more comfortable than using traditional ice packs, appreciate how quickly it freezes and how soft and stretchy the material is. Doubles as a “nervous system regulator” to reset during times of high stress, same concept as a cold plunge but quick, discreet, portable.

This is a bit of a mixed bag, frustratingly. This migraine ice pack gets super cold, which is awesome and works great when you first put it on, but it loses that cold just as quick and gets back down to room temperature within 20 minutes, which effectively takes away the whole point. It's fine in the short-term, but I then have to keep putting it back in the freezer to get cold and then rinse and repeat, which is annoying.
