Plays like butter!
I have an American Strat and love it but wanted another electric so got this PRS solely on the recommendation of a friend! Fortunately, itβs a great guitar! Action is smooth, the Humbucker pickups provide robust tones - itβs just a blast to play! I did have to tweak to truss rod just a bit (tool provided) and itβs perfect now. Highly recommend this guitar! The soft case provided is exceptionally nice, too.

Awesome guitar!
Really happy with it out of the box. Still kicking the tires on it but it came really well set up. Beautiful finish and sound. I'm going to still have my guitar guy go over and put my preferred strings on it and see if I can go a little lower on the action. Out of the box, probably better than a lot of my higher prices guitars. Plus a pretty decent gig bag thrown in, It's a buy!

Nice playing guitar, feels more expensive than it is.
Wanted a nice-playing humbucker guitar, and this fits the bill, especially for the price. Fit and finish were near-perfect, gig-bag is nice and padded. Quality products. Yeah, the pickups could be a little hotter, but very sweet nonetheless, with good tone, great intonation, low action, and fast satin-finished neck. About as nice a guitar as I have now, and a daily driver.

I'm not an expert on the subject of guitars, but I can say that this one meets all the requirements and more. It's a guitar used by professional guitarists. I loved everything about it.

Uninspiring???? But good!
I watched plenty of videos on PRS guitars before purchasing this guitar. A lot of the videos said that these guitars were uninspiring and I didn't understand what they could possibly mean because I thought what a beautiful guitar. Well I bought one and it is a very good guitar at the same time I don't know what it is but I have Fireflies that I pick up before I pick it up I really don't know how to explain it. But that being said it is a very good guitar but if you buy a Firefly and put some Seymour Duncans in it you will have a better guitar that is still $300 less than PRS bunch of guitar at $700. That being said this is a very nice guitar I don't want to diss them LOL!

Low quality control and terrible Sweatwater warranty service
I bout this guitar for my daughter in her 18th BD. No sound came out of the guitar. The problem was not srious, but first, Gearnuts, who shipped the product, wanted me to pay for ship[ping it back for repair. Crazy. Then, I found the 2-year warranty by Sweetwat6er ... I called them 3 times and could not get anoybody on the line to help me. Thenm, I sent a support request via web, and they never respondwed! So I went to Willis Music and they fixed it foer 25 bucks. Then, a knob fell off the guitar ... like, small quality control details not in place, really dissapointed with these small details that show A) weak quality controls, and B) Terriuble cuystomer support from Sweatwater, Gearnuts and PRS, who also were not great at listening to me.
