More Than a Power Bank, It's a Portable Power Station
This Anker Prime power bank is in a league of its own. I've been using it daily since May 2024, and its performance has been flawless. Functionality & Performance: This is where it truly shines. With a massive 200W total output, it handles everything I throw at it. It can fast-charge my laptop, phone, and headphones all at once without breaking a sweat. The two USB-C ports are perfect for modern devices, and having a USB-A port adds versatility. The smart digital screen is a game-changer—it tells you exactly how much power is going out, what's coming in, and how much charge time is left. No more guessing. Value for Money: While it's a premium product with a premium price, the value is absolutely there. You're getting a device that can replace multiple chargers and power bricks, especially when traveling. The ability to recharge the entire 20,000mAh bank in just over an hour (with a 100W wall charger) is incredible and saves so much time. Conclusion: After months of heavy, daily use, I can confirm this is a solid and reliable workhorse. If you need serious power for multiple devices, including laptops, this is a fantastic investment that you won't regret.

Great size for capacity, feature packed (wish it had Bluetooth though)
Awesome power bank. Love that it shows output and input power. Has a trickle charge setting for devices that don't draw much and may not otherwise activate the power bank (Like airpods etc) Pros: great size for capacity, speeds, screen read out, cost Cons: device seems to say 100% charged yet continued to draw 18 watts for some time until it dropped off. This tells me it's still charging despite it saying 100%. Tl;dr: great power bank. Leave it charging even after it says 100%, it's not fully charged yet. 4.5/5 stars because of that little quirk I also wish, if they weren't gonna include Bluetooth, at least let us limit the output and input power.

A major failure
Bought this expecting a cool product I could use to charge a lot of different things. And getting something that could recharge fast and charge devices fast. It does that, except this is one of the first power banks Anker has put out that directly shows the battery health via the built in screen. I've had THREE of these now, having had to use the warranty to replace the previous one every time. I'm not sure if all of their power bank devices over the years have severely failed so fast after only a short period of time, but with this one you can see it play out right in front of your eyes. Even using a "normal" average charging block to recharge the power bank, this thing will heat up(temp is also shown). The problem with that is that it will rapidly discharge the battery health, even only after a couple of recharges. If you use a more powerful charging block to recharge the power bank, well good luck, as you will see even more rapid decline and failure in the battery health. These devices were supposed to be designed to regulate the temp and wattage being put through but they do neither. Also mind you, using an average, normal charging block to recharge the power bank will also greatly increase the time it takes to recharge; all while still heating up and destroying the battery health. This whole design with this power bank could've been great, but it has turned out to be a big failure. Would not recommend at all. On another note, Anker's customer service in helping me get a new power bank sent out to me was pretty great for the most part every time I had to contact them. So there's that at least.

Nice
tl,dr: Pros: Compact Charges up to 2 supported devices at 100W each Can be charged at up to 100W itself Display is informative and useful Includes 140W cable Can be charged with an optional dock Did not give me hotdog fingers Cons: A little pricey Doesn't include charging brick Included cable is short Did not give me Kung Fu abilities **Edit** The power bank might need its battery calibrated before the display will read out accurately. After using it a handful of times over the past week, I noticed that the battery seemed to be draining REALLY fast when the only thing it was charging was my phone. Like, it went from 100% down to below 70% after only charging my phone 30%. My phone has a 4000mAh battery, so I thought this surely couldn't be right. So, here's what I did: 1: I completely drained the battery by using it to charge my laptop (so that it would drain faster.) 2: After it stopped charging my laptop and displayed 0%, I plugged it into a 45W wall charger. 3: I kept checking the display on the power bank to see if I noticed anything... odd. 4: Once the power bank hit 80%, it started climbing REALLY fast, but the incoming wattage stayed the same. That certainly seemed odd. 5: After the display showed 100%, I left it plugged in for another 30 minutes. (Also, after the first 10 minutes passed, it still felt warm, like it was actually still charging.) 6: After 30 minutes, the power bank felt cooler to the touch, so I suspect it finally stopped charging. 7: When my phone was running low again, I charged it with the power bank again, and the display seems MUCH more accurate now (after charging my phone 30%, the power bank's display shows 95% remaining, which seems more realistic.) Review: I wanted a power bank that was capable of giving my laptop a quick boost without being a bulky monstrosity. I was debating between this one and the Anker 737, and ultimately decided on this one mostly due to it being a little more compact (with slightly less capacity, of course) and also liked the idea that I could charge two supported devices at a full 100W each at the same time, if needed. First impressions are good. It's compact enough to stow away easily in my backpack while also providing a generous 20,000mAh, which is plenty for my needs. It comes with a nice, soft travel pouch, and a USB-C to USB-C cable that's rated for 140W. It does NOT come with its own charging brick (I knew this ahead of time, but it's something to be aware of.) I used an Anker 65W charger to charge this up, and it did pull the full 65W and charged up nice and quick. The bottom of the power bank is actually magnetic. I accidentally discovered this when I set it down on my metal filing cabinet. This is likely to keep it attached to the optional charging dock, so that's good to know. The display is nice and informative. It'll show more information with multiple button presses, and also let's you change some settings (screen timeout, brightness.) I tested this out on my laptop - an Asus ROG Zephyrus G15. Its USB-C ports are rated for 100W max, and the display on the power bank was showing between 97 and 98 Watts, so for me, it worked as expected. With my phone (a OnePlus 7 Pro) it was only pulling about 8 Watts, but this phone uses a proprietary charging standard and only charges at full speed with its own branded charging brick. Charging speed will depend on your device, so if it uses a different standard or anything, you might not see the full 100 Watts. I'd check your devices' specs before purchasing. Being 20,000mAh, this probably won't fully charge my laptop (I also knew this ahead of time) but it's plenty for a quick boost when I need it. I'm a frequent road-tripper and find myself off the grid often, so this will be a great travel companion that doesn't take up too much space in my bag. (Side note: I also dig the reference to a fantastic multiverse movie in Anker's marketing here.)

I only buy Anker device chargers, power packs, and charging cables
Anker’s prime range of chargers and cables are the highest quality and always meet the latest standards for charging. This item (and its larger and smaller companions) are flawless. This 200W, 20,000mAh power bank charges quickly, never loses its charge (even after a year), and can fast charge GaN supporting devices (with the right USB-C cables) or power a phone and iPad or a MacBook Pro for an entire working day. I have two of these on hand for power blackouts, as well as smaller magnetic ones for phones and other devices. I’m so pleased with the high capacity and small size, I’m considering purchasing their much larger packs that can power appliances or an entire home.

Unreliable
Update: I decided to increase my rating to 4 stars. Anker contacted me directly and provided me a full refund on my power bank. Yes, I still had an issue with the original power bank, but looking through my Amazon purchase history I had 74 different Anker products (I might have a problem) including: cords, power banks, chargers and headphones. Since I've had such good luck with every other product I've purchased, I turned around and bought this exact same power bank again. This time I was much happier. Why still 4 stars instead of 5. I now own this power Prime 20k and the 737 PowerCore 24k. The 24k has a bigger battery, and does last longer. However, I don't think this prime 20k is as efficient and has more battery loss while charging devices (which all battery pack experience) Original Review: I've had this battery pack for about 1 month. I should've know better and just sent it back to Amazon when I started getting issues, but decided to contact Anker to see if they can help. After multiple back and forth with them, I now missed my return window. Pros: Good size, charges very fast and can power multiple laptops. I've had 2 plugged in at 60w each. Issues: The battery % isn't correct. I had 80% remaining on my phone. The battery on my phone is about 3000mAh. I plugged in the battery pack and it took about 20 min to charge my phone to full, but used 40% of the battery on the battery bank. The equivalent of 8000mAh to charge 600mAh phone battery. I think the battery pack just doesn't know the battery percentage. I then plugged it in to charge it, and it was plugged in for 10 min. It said 1h until full and after a few minutes the battery percent jumped from 60% to 100%. Second time I tried to charge a Kindle Paperwhite, I can watch the battery power just count down. It drops a 1% about every 1-2 seconds. From 100% to 0% and stops charging. My Kindle Paperwhite went up by just a few percent. Very disappointing for the price and company that usually has a very strong support.

Reliable, Powerful, and Built to Last – Still Going Strong After Years of Use
I’ve owned the Anker Prime Power Bank (20,000mAh with 200W output and the smart digital display) for a couple of years now, and it continues to be one of the best tech purchases I’ve made. This power bank has gone with me on road trips, flights, long workdays, and everything in between, and it’s held up incredibly well. What first sold me on it was the combination of high capacity and high output. With 20,000mAh and up to 200W of total output, it can charge just about anything I throw at it—my phone, iPad, and even my MacBook Pro. It handles multi-device charging effortlessly, and I’ve never run into overheating or power throttling issues. The performance has been consistently strong since day one. The smart digital display is a really nice touch. It shows exactly how much charge is left and how much power is being drawn in real time, which helps a lot when you’re juggling devices and want to be sure you’ll get through the day. It’s way more informative than the usual row of blinking lights you get on most power banks. Durability has also been excellent. After two years of regular use, it still holds a charge like it did when it was new. The case has a few scuffs from travel and everyday handling, but nothing that affects functionality. Everything—ports, buttons, the screen—still works exactly as it should. One other thing I love is pairing it with the Anker Charging Base. Dropping it on the dock to recharge makes the whole setup feel seamless and organized. But even on its own, the power bank is a workhorse. If you’re looking for something that’s powerful, reliable, and built to last, this is it. Anker nailed the balance of performance and usability here. After years of use, I can say with confidence that it’s absolutely worth the investment. Super portable and not too heavy at all!

Two different types of boxes or was it some sort of elaborate scam?
**UPDATE** 10/30/25 After contacting customer service, I was pleasantly surprised to be actually assisted by the company. They asked a couple of questions and warranty kicked in. I was not mocked by anker like one of the customers here thank goodness. This entire process has been resolved quickly and easily. The very beginning of this purchase journey was very weird (first item received was clearly defective AND the box it arrived in made me believe I was being scammed) but atlas it ended in the greatest possible way. Upgrading from 1 star to 5 star. **UPDATE** 10/27/25 Downgrading from 3 to 2 star. Less than a year in to using this item and now it's refusing to charge fully. 114 cycles with 95% battery health. Sometimes it would charge to 100, other times it stops charging and the indicator arrow would show that it's charging, then the arrow disappears and it seems to reset it again where it starts to charge (numbers starts to climb then it stops again) Contacted customer support, let's see if they mock me or stand behind their product. So I had to return the initial item because it wouldn't charge. It stated something about over voltage and no matter what I did, it wouldn't turn on or charge the device. So, I returned it and requested a replacement. The replacement item arrived and it works fine but I noticed the box the replacement came in was different from the faulty item. The faulty item's box was your normal box where you open it from the top with the flap (one piece). The second item which works came in a more premium feeling box (thicker and different finish) and it was two pieces (like the box of an iphone comes in, you separate it from top to bottom). Inside was the same, warning booklet, usb c cable, and travel case made of cloth. So did Anker update/change the box and I happened to receive the updated one 2nd time around? Or was this some sort of scam? Not sure but I thought it was interesting. Not sure if 3 star or 4 but I feel like I was almost scammed so I'm going to stick with 3.
