Nach zwei Wochen spürte ich eine Verbesserung und auch mein Arzt konnte eine Verbesserung des Blutbildes feststellen. Hatte zuvor andere Marken über Jahre getestet, ohne dieses Ergebnis zu erlangen. Leider ist es nur selten bei Amazon zu erhalten.

These had the opposite effect , did not give me any more energy or make me more alert in any way , I felt drowsy and dopey all day and in a daze until the following morning , after 3 days I had had enough of feeling drowsy , stopped taking them and back to feeling as I did before . Waste of time and money in my case .
