I've installed dozens of screen protectors on phones, tablets, and other devices, and this kit was BY FAR the easiest, most precise placement I've ever achieved. This is not an exaggeration. My remote now has two screen protectors on it, because the first one applied so perfectly that I thought I had somehow lost the actual protector in the process. I truly thought I was going crazy! Bubbles vanished instantly, the protector itself is SUPER clear, and it's a great value for the money. I will definitely be buying another kit to do my second RC2 controller!

So I ordered this, it shipped quick, and arrived fast. The screen protector itself is good quality, and fits perfectly on my Air 3S RC2 transmitter. The only flaw with this is the alignment tray. A lot of phone and device screen protectors come with these alignment trays now, this one didnt really seat right over my transmitter which caused a bit of an issue getting the protector on. Luckily I was able to take the protector out and apply it manually. I believe this may be because the applicator alignment tray may have been designed for multiple models of transmitter, which isnt ideal if they have any differences. Either that or it just has a design or manufacturing flaw. Either way, I got it on and the glass fits perfectly. I'm sure this kit costs more than just glass alone, so in that case it wasnt worth the extra cost for an applicator that I couldnt use. Because of this I guess use caution if you need the alignment tray to get your protector applied, If I knew that was going to happen I would have ordered a different one. They may all be like this, I dont know so I wont bash it. But I know with cell phones these trays are very precise with tolerances. It worked out in the end for me. The Instructions are clear, and the glass seems to be good quality. It stuck fine and no bubbles.

I’ve used screen protectors on my iPhone, iPads and camera screens for years and depend on them to protect my glass screens. They’ve saved my screens from wear and tear and avoided fine scratches in dusty conditions. I’ve used mostly manually aligned screens with a few new ones that came with a snap on guide to allow perfect alignment. The Cynova screen itself is perfectly sized to fit the RC2 to the exact dimensions. There is zero room for error since the screen borders and alost makes contact with the RC2 frame surrounding the glass screen. I found the alignment frame did not stay in place and there was a tny amount of wiggle to it when trying to align the screen to the RC2 glass. I ended up doing the good ‘ol fashioned method of manual alignment and after a few tries, got the glass exactly aligned. The fit is snug, but, when you get it into the correct position, impossible to tell it it there! The glue used is a forgiving, non-bubble type and there were no issues with bubbles or delamination at all. If you need to lift the screen, use fingernail only, do not touch the adhesive surface or you’ll get a dead spot that won’y adhere correctly. Also, prep is absolutely required to get the glas on with a single spec of anything under it. Wash your hands , face and moisten your hair. tiny specs of dander or skin can come off onto the glass. Especially during the dry and cold days of winter with static! Also, used a flashlight at a very low angle to glass to do a final inspection of the screen area after the wet and dry wipe and the final adhesive sticker dust removal. I found 2 specs this way after all was done and just before putting down the screen protector. Use the ahesive sticker again while inspecting with the flashlight. you want ZERO specs of anything on the screen! The screen touch sensitivity is excellent and I saw no difference after the screen protector was put on. So, the glass and adhesive in this brand is excellent, but, I found the alignment precision of this very poor. Considering this comes with 2 screen protectors and others offer 3 without an alignment aid included, I will say, had I know the outcome of using this product with its alignment kit, I’d probably avoided it and just purchased 3 screen protectors for about $5 less. As mentioned, for the perfect fit and the excellent adhesive they use, 5 stars for that and for the poor outcome using the alignment aid, 1 star, = average 3 stars!
