Q: Is this safe to use in a jacuzzi spa?

Hi, We have never heard of any issues related to using our Dead Sea Salt in a Jacuzzi (I use them in Jacuzzi as well) but if you're concerned, I suggest you contact the Jacuzzi manufacturer just to be sure. I hope this helps.

Q: How is this different from epsom salts?

Epsom salts are not in fact salts. They are actually a mineral found in water containing high levels of magnesium and sulfate. When crystallized, it forms the substance we know now as Epsom salts.
