For those reviewers who claimed "no foam," there is not supposed to be foam. It isn't soap. It is an deodorizer, meant to kill oder. 2ndly, if you don't dump your tanks at least every other day, the oder will build no matter what you're using. We've been using this product for 4 years now, and it does help alot. No smell. If we go over two day mark for tank dumping, the oder will reach interior of the rv. It only takes one, sometimes two on really hot days. With common sense, using this product does do what it claims.

This is a simple product to use and it works great to control black tank odors and to break down human waste. It has a nice pleasant smell too without being overpowering. The price on AMAZON was reasonable and delivery was quick. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has not restored/ cleaned my sensors yet though I've used it a few times. Since I do not put any toilet paper in the tank, I feel the sensors should be easier to get clean but they are still not reading correctly even after using this a few weeks. I do really like the product though and prefer it to the product I was using before. Even the color has a nice clean look to it. I will likely repurchase this from AMAZON when I run out.

**2025 edit** Just ordered some more of these, I bought the last bag in August of 2024. I didn't really use them throughout the winter because it was cold enough that they weren't needed, we weren't having any odor issues. But it has started to warm up some and the smell hath returned. I had 3 packs left after winter and just put my very last one in. I'm still just as thrilled now as I was when I first got them, I don't know what's in these but they definitely help eliminate the black tank stank! i ordered one pack of each scent, I am eager to try them all out. I would also like to add that I do NOT put toilet paper in our tank and we also have a bidet (which = more water in our tank vs just flushing) so I'm not really sure how much that changes the equation, but for us they most definitely work! ------ When I first got my camper friends and family told me not to even bother with the packs because none of them worked and were a waste of money. After trying many different kinds I finally gave up and went with the "dawn and fabric softener" approach that everyone said worked better than packs. While it did work better than most packs it was definitely expensive and there were still smells. I've been full time in my camper for almost 3 years now and I had pretty much given up hope. I started getting desperate and used Bleach in the tank when it was really bad, but it still smelled horrible after a day or two. I was so impressed one day when I visited a fully loaded port-a-potty in the 100+ degree heat that had zero odor that I started trying to figure out what they put in port-a-potties because I was going to find a way to order some lol. That is how I stumbled across these packs and saw the great reviews. I decided to give them a try and low and behold THEY WORKED. No more black tank belch when you flush! No more stinky bathroom! No more black tank air (un)freshener wafting through my camper! No more sewer showers from my fan sucking the stank out of the tank while I'm showering! I am so so so thankful I found these! It seemed like no matter what I did, how often I dumped my black tank, no matter how much tank flushing I did, or what I put in the tank there was always an odor in the bathroom. ALWAYS. There was even odor outside the camper coming from the hose and septic. I literally could not take it any more. When these first arrived I wasted no time adding one to my tank. I had just emptied the black a few days prior but added one anyways. I still had marvelous results. There was some odor in the camper when I emptied the black tank, but it was probably 1/4th of what it usually is. After I dumped the black I immediately added a pack and put several gallons of water behind it. I have had ZERO odor with the 2nd pack as well. I am patiently awaiting the next dump day to see how good it will work at keeping the odor at bay during a dump this time since I started off with a pack instead of adding a pack to an already stinky tank. I am just amazed every time I go in the bathroom it actually smells fresh and clean in there instead of stinky. This is the first time that has happened in almost 3 years. I am so very happy. I'm eager to try the other scents and see if they work just as well. It hasn't been over 100 degrees since I got these packs but it has been in the high 80s and lower 90s, I am hoping they perform just as well in the intense heat as they have so far. But regardless, to have at least gone this long in the summer without having to smell black tank stank is a win for me. I will definitely be ordering more!

Over the years, we have tried many drop in enzyme packs, but these are absolutely amazing. They can handle the weather here in Eastern NC quite well. On occasion, we let one dissolve down the gray water drains just to clean and freshen up the tank. Have been buying these things for the same camper we purchased back during 2020 and they have worked great every time.
