DeWalt Nitrogen S3 Brown Dealer Boot

UPDATE @3 years Upgraded to five stars, since their robustness and longevity is just amazing. Still regularly used and abused, still look (almost) new (with the exception of a couple of tiny cuts to the leather on one boot). An excellent general purpose work boot, great looking and serious value for money. You can buy cheaper but I'm not sure you'd be able to buy better in this style and class. I'd still buy them again without hesitation but at this rate, sparing theft or loss, I have no idea if that day will come. UPDATE @18 months These have proven themselves to be incredibly robust. I've worn them extensively (at least every other day, for the past 18 months) during a variety of DIY/light construction activities. They've been dragged under vehicles with me, across concrete, scuffed around in attics and more. They hardly look broken-in yet. Very impressed. wr.t the initial sizing issue, it may be that I've just become accustomed to them but it does feel as if there has been some give. I have no discomfort when wearing them 8+ hours a day, 6 days a week. I can highly recommend these - would purchase another pair without hesitation *if* they ever wear out. [Original Review] I've worn a pair of Dewalt Apprentice work boots for DIY use most weekends over the past 3 years. They are still in good shape and I expect them to last much longer, and they've been consistently comfortable. Whilst it's early days for this pair of Nitrogen, my initial impression is that are that they display the same quality of both materials and manufacture. However there is an issue with sizing. I consistently take a UK 9 to 9.5 UK across a wide range of footwear; boots, canvas trainers, running shoes and formal wear. Just occasionally as large as a10. However the UK 9 I initially purchased these Nitrogen in were akin to clown shoes, slipping terribly at the heel like a huge pair of wellingtons. They were returned for a UK 8, which is just about right for me (there's a very slight rubbing of the big toe on one foot). Absolute sizing accuracy is therefore way-off and the step change between sizes is utterly ridiculous. I highly recommend ordering one size below your regular shoe size.

I have been wearing these for a few weeks before reviewing and I am very happy with them. The top of the boots were quite rigid when I first tried them but they have softened and are comfortable now . They are wide fitting and are correctly sized. Really easy to slip on and off. I have lots of grass to cut and they are really comfortable to wear as I plod behind the lawnmower.

Advertised as size 6 uk(39 euro), on box says size 6 uk(40 euro). According to the amazon size guide size 6 uk is 39 euro. Be careful when choosing the size. And yes I have small feet, make fun as much as you want. Despite the size issues, with an extra pair of insoles, the boots are quite comfortable and they do what they're supposed to do. I work in a very harsh environment and believe me, for 8 hours a day they're taking a good beating with 0 problems. They protect my feet very well and no pain whatsoever caused by them. Thank you

A great around work boot. Can stand all conditions and keep your feet safe, dry and warm. I have a pair over 3 years old that have been through all sorts but bought these for my wife who was asking after a tough outdoor boot. I found tha5 it took a month or so to wear them in, initially the6 rubbed on my big toes. However once worn 8n they now fit like a glove. A great boot.

Proteggono molto bene da tutti i pericoli del mestiere (saldatura) comode e vestibilità perfetta.. all'inizio un po' rigide ma dopo un paio di giorni si ammorbidisce la pelle e si fondono col piede...per ultima cosa vorrei parlare anche della sua estetica... così ben fatte che potrebbero sembrare scarpe eleganti per andare in chiesa la domenica mattina! Ottimo

Me considero un excelente comprador. Estás botas son lo que casi cualquier trabajador podría desear. Al principio son duras, debido al material altamente resistente y de óptimas calidades. Muy contento, las recomiendo al 100%

Botas de seguridad con protección, lo que hace que sean algo más rígidas que unas botas normales.
