LED Interval Timer Count Down/Up Clock Stopwatch with Remote for Home Gym Fitness

For home use, this timer does the trick. Learned the remote within 15-20 mins. Saved me over $100 from buying a Rogue timer. This clock does everything I need it to, especially custom intervals, EMOM, etc. Custom intervals are quick to program and even easy to store so they’re easy to recall later. E.g. TABATA or FGB. Only things I wish this clock did: - change countdown; this one only does 10-sec countdown, would love to have a 3-sec or 5-sec - adjust beep volume; this one is plenty loud for home gym. Wish I could actually make it a bit quieter. Sometimes I work out early in morning and don’t want to wake anyone up. That said, this clock does allow to turn beep sound off altogether, so that’s what I do. Aside from those two points, I love this clock. It’s a total slam-dunk. Gem of a find on Amazon, especially given the price. Like my title says: 95% of a rogue timer, at 20% the price.

We do static holds during our workout. This is great to set the countdown timer, hit go, and be able to watch as we do our sets. Simple, mounts on wall, easy to read from 20 feet away. I'm updating my review to explain what the btbsign company did. During one of the workouts, the remote for the timer was smashed to pieces. Looked for a replacement, but had no luck. The remote is very specific to this timer. Contacted the company and explained what happened and asked how I purchase a new one. They told me they would send me one for free. Within 2 weeks, I got a new one - no charge, no shipping fees. This is a fantastic company and great customer service. If you're on the fence about buying this product, get off that fence! The timer works great and the service is obviously excellent!

Love the Bluetooth connection to my phone. Only taking away a star because they cheated out and didn't include batteries for the remote.

I really love this interval timer. It has transformed my hum drum garage workouts into challenging routines. It's surprising what a change just adding the timer has made. I like the pre-programmed circuit times and the ability to program your own. I absolutely love the large display and the ability to adjust brightness, it's visible from anywhere in my garage. The alarm audio works fine for me throughout my 20' x 40' garage and am able to hear it with music on. Love the remote too!

Long learning curve, but I finally got it. Had to take pictures of manual and zoom in. I’m going to have to continue to go back to my picture to remind myself what EMOM and TABATA stands for

If your thinking of a clock/timer for your workouts , this will do the job ! With Adjustable brightness large size LED’s , coupled with the remote control , this unit does just about anything you might need during a training session. In my case , weightlifting.. ,besides displaying the time , i use it for total time of workout in either 12 or 24 hour formats , rest periods between sets counting in minutes/seconds . start /stop/reset functions are easy to trigger, the remote is responsive and fairly intuitive. Comes with brackets that i used to set it on a window sill,i separated the window trim out slightly to accommodate the bracket .. so no screws /no nails needed and a clean look, routing the supplied power cord /slimline transformer block to a nearby AC outlet.

Don't bother buying this piece of garbage. The instructions provided give only the basic outline of what the clock is. Everything I was able to find in the instruction manual was pretty self explanatory. However, I bought this for the things that are less obvious, despite what the remote makes it seem these things are not easily done and then you are left with no explanation. The most frustrating thing is, sometimes things work, other times they do not. For instance, I used this timer to go rounds on a reflex bag. Wanted 2 minutes on and 1 minute off, for 10 rounds. I was able to get this function to work, but it would not save so I would have to spend some time doing it every day. No big deal, until some days I go in and it would not offer the option of rounds, you instead would have to set each individual round. Which eats up time and takes me out of my rhythm. Half of the buttons on the remote do nothing. Just look at the "questions" section on here and you will see. Somebody bought this probably for the sole purpose of using the HIIT feature which is prominently displayed on the remote, and then asked how to use it and was told it does nothing. Notice how many people are looking for instruction manuals. I will tell you why... Like me they realized the manual was useless and so they threw it away, once things stopped working they assumed they didn't know how to do it and wanted to get another look at the manual just to see if there was anything in there to help them. There isn't...

So I do like this timer but I also wish it was quicker and more user friendly. I think that it does work quick if your not doing other things at once but I am playing music and running around. The timer when it goes off is not loud at all. I use this in a gym full of at least 30 students and i cannot hear it unless i stand next to it. So if you are a teacher then this may not be for you.
