Great Product For Pros
Im not one to leave reviews on products, but I feel like this company really earned the positive feedback. Been using the camera for a few months now and I have to say it works great. Im a plumber and use it pretty regularly, the image on the screen is much clearer than the big brand camera company that starts with the R. Ive used the location feature, and its right on target. I only had an issue with the camera head cutting in and out but when I contacted tech support they sent me a replacement part at no cost. The reason I bought this camera was because my Big Brand camera was stolen, so decided to give this one a chance because at this price point you cant beat it. 10/10 would recommend to professional plumbers.

Great camera great customer service
Our business has many push cameras, most of which are 10X the price of this unit. Upon receiving this unit we put it to work immediately, mostly scoping 4" sewer lines. We contacted Sanyipace to see if we could order a longer and stronger push cable that will work with this same WiFi and camera system. To our surprise they responded almost immediately with a product suggestion, available on Amazon. The new push cable was a value, worked flawlessly and was both longer and stronger as the technician described.

Waste of money
This product arrived and looked really good. The case was well made the camera felt heavy duty. Everything looked really good until I put it down a pipe. The camera worked for about an hour, and then the light went off when I finally got the light to come back on there were lines all across the screen. The detector started out with a strong, loud, constant signal, and then started sounding like something with Morse code and never would work correctlyI tried contacting the company they wanted me to send in a video which I don’t have time to make. Had very high hopes for this product but ended up sending it back immediately.

Price and quality
I have not used it yet but it came well packed when shipped. It also itself is packed well. I wish there was a facility for the wand though. Now I have to go find one on my own. I am excited to get the chance to use it and hopefully we'll be able to get back to this and update it. What I would like to know also is if there is a self-leveling camera available for this machine that I purchased. I feel I will update to five stars once I use this camera assembly

Wonderful product support
I needed the camera system to locate a possible break in the drain pipe under my slab in a 1970s house with cast iron pipe. Previous Plumbing experts had given me the general idea where the brake might be. But, I needed to know more precisely so we could start the tunneling repair process. Everything came well packaged. Assembling the basic unit was intuitive and it is generally easy to use. The instructions provide the general idea but are lacking detailed use and guidance for the wand and accessories. So, I experimented with locating the transducer above ground with different techniques. The camera comes with exchangeable heads that will center the camera in different size pipes. Unfortunately, the instructions don't describe how to or where to install the pipe centering head on the camera... a picture would have been nice. For use in the smallest pipes, this head is simply a sphere. I believe this is a design flaw. Tapering the leading and trailing edges would have made a lot of sense. As I inserted the camera down the first pipe, I was very pleased with the quality of the picture in the one and a half inch drain under my sink. I was quite pleased with the ease of setup and the ease at which the camera went into the pipe. When I met the first street tee, the honeymoon was over. I got stuck. I couldn't proceed forward and the ball prevented me from pulling back out. No creative wiggling helped. We wound up having to insert a piece of PVC from the roof vent to guide it back out. I remove the centering head from the camera and reinserted. The inspection proceeded fine from there, easily running down the pipe to the merky clog. The lights on the camera work well. But, nothing was going to let me see through that merky water. Another place the instructions lacked detail is in regards to rewinding the rod back onto the spool. This lack of instructions cost me as well. Though using as little force as I could, the rod cracked. The camera continued to work, but the rod compellingly buckled. Obviously, this was more than a little frustrating because the job wasn't finished. Later talks with the product support people suggest that a different rewinding technique would safeguard the rod. Again, pictures in the instructions would have been nice. But, the story has a positive ending. Their support group responded to emails immediately. I mean within a few minutes. Less than 36 hours later I had a new replacement rod on my front porch. They didn't try to place blame, they just replaced the rod... they actually upgraded the length of the Run. Which was much appreciated. While the camera was in the pipe, I was able to use the wand to locate it relatively easily through our concrete slab and confirm the location with the distance meter on the spool. There is certainly a learning curve with this tool. But I'm optimistic about the capabilities it will provide in the future now that I know the inherent limitations.

Works as advertised
This is a great sewer camera. Easy to setup and use. It should be noted that the camera is not self leveling, but it was not advertised as such. Also, do not expect parts from other import manufacturers systems to work with each other, such as a different camera. They are not interchangeable. The locator actually works on this one. I had a different manufacturer's system, and it did not work. Unfortunately, I discovered that after the return period because I only need the camera at first. Lesson learned. Check everything out as soon as you get the equipment and return it if something doesn't work.

Review required to submit form needed to get a 3-year warranty
Got everything to work - the battery indicated it was fully charged at first but when the monitor wouldn't power up when everything was connected I suspected the battery and then it read that it was low. After charging the battery everything seemed to work (didn't test the SD card yet because the reader I ordered hasn't arrived). Have yet to put it to the test in the field, but a business card that came with the camera advertises a 3-year warranty upon online registration; and the site doesn't let you submit the registration without uploading a screenshot of a review. So I can't yet say how good or bad or mediocre the product is, but I'm encouraged that I got it to turn on.

Works as advertised
The best thing about this sewer camera is that all of the parts are replaceable. I have bought several other brands of cameras and if one thing breaks, it is too expensive to replace the broken part or it is just not for sale individually. All of the components for this camera can be purchased individually so it can easily be repaired if something goes wrong. The locater head works well, and it offers a clear picture with the camera as well as a clear recording that can be downloaded and shared with others. Overall, the camera does exactly as advertised.
