Portable and slip free
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to love this yoga mat as much as I do. It’s super comfy, thick enough that my knees don’t hurt, and it doesn’t slip around at all (even on my tile floor). I also like that it’s eco-friendly and doesn’t have that weird chemical smell some mats do. The strap makes it easy to carry to the gym, and it rolls up nicely without taking up space. Feels sturdy but still lightweight. Totally worth it!

Slippery mat
The mat is thick and soft is very nice. Durable. I’m using it almost daily goat past 2years. The only down side is that is very slippery. Can’t do certain type of exercise like warm up jogging in one place because is slippery.
