Great product - was very surprised I could buy a washing machine from Amazon! Considerably cheaper than buying from a high street retailer. The washing machine itself is great, so quiet and easy to install. Plenty of space for a family and a lot of useful preset programs

The machine is great so far never had any problems with hotpoint, it arrived with a slight dent but still working OK and Amazon kindly gave us some money back so every one is happy

Very good product with detailed installation information. The machine's washing circles are easy/explanatory and quite in operation.

Best washing machine ever owned! Nice large drum so reducing the times washer needs to be used. Washing comes out clean and lovely. Reduced time on washing line due to the excellent spin speed.
