It’s huge and yes it floats. Just got it and put it in the pool to test it out. I can’t wait to load it up with treats and drinks. Seems very stable. Update: tested it with wine bottle. Had waterfall on in pool so there was motion but no tipping of glass or bottle.

This is made very well but the picture is very deceiving. Please go by the measurements because this thing is HUGE , heavy and unusable!!!!
