clearly i was lucky with the panel lottery as mine had no backlight bleed, however there is a little bit of ips glow in the left corner, not enough to care tho as i just adjust the angle until it dissapears mostly, besides that its a fantastic monitor perfect size for gaming and instantly more immersed than 16:9 ratio monitors, i already came from 1440p and high refresh rate, 120hz is enough, you cant expect to get many more frames than that in games at this resolution, only issue i have however with the monitor is that the screen is very close to you and the stand is quite big so i cant push it back any further on my desk and the monitor is a little close. Colours on this monitor are pretty darn good, installed the icc profile for this monitor and calibrated it and despite this monitor being 8bit + frc ( simulating 10bit ) the colours are very realistic and what i would expect from an ips panel, overall very very impressed with this monitor and getting a £310 saving from black friday deal was what made me get this

While pricey, you get what you pay for. Beautiful & fast with few flaws. 120hz IPS 1440p-Ultra-Widescreen with G-Sync is a sight to behold in games Colour reproduction is so good my other monitors now cower in shame. Positives: *120Hz is not distinguishable between my 144hz screen next to it - overdrive setting on pixels is very good *3440x1440p IPS <4ms G2G - what more can I say. Beautiful to look at. *Colours are really good, adding a tiny bit of saturation in OSD looks great. *Very little backlight bleed *Build quality very good - (giant) packaging very sturdy. *Using latest Windows 10 fixes a lot of DPI changes with multiple monitors. *Comes with HDMI 2.0 & full-sized DP Cable. Use the DP one though. *G-Sync seems to work really well, no issues or flickering so far. Negatives (and Nitpicks): *Use of a power-brick rather than the PSU being built-in is annoying. *120Hz value not available by default (have to set it in the screen's OSD to become available in Windows) *Some slight backlight falloff around some edges (barely noticeable) *Stand is GIANT and takes up a lot of space. Make sure you have 60cm by 40cm room on your table. Overall, so far, 9.5 out of 10.

Have has the monitor for over a month now and what can I say one of the best decisions I made haha :) Awesome monitor very little backlight bleed, colours are really nice, menu system is easy to use and most of all games look amazing. Also movies look really good as well, but please be aware Netflix, Google, Amazon and probably others do not stream their movies in superwide format the aspect ratio they use is hard coded and that sucks. So if you are planning on getting this for use with those services I would not bother.

Perfect for ultrawide gaming, watching movies and Windows multitasking. G-sync works great in games. Little bit of IPS glow on the left side. OC to 120 Hz without problems.

I bought this monitor for 4k video editing predominantly and I must say, it’s wonderful. The colours are very accurate the picture extremely sharp. I love how I become absorbed in the editing with the curvature and have additional room on the 34 inch display to have multiple tabs open, amazing for screen space management. I was not the built in speakers to be as great quality as the are. I was originally going to add a sound bar and subwoofer to my set up ( as I love to listen to music whilst editing ) but the speakers are more than adequate and punchy. I’ll say it again, definitely the best purchase of the year, and I’ve bought a lot of stuff this year

I have been using the monitor for over a week now. It is superb. It may be that Acer has sorted it's Quality Check procedures as my unit is excellent with no faults at all. Upgraded from a 1440p 144Hz 27" the extra width really does add a new element to gaming. The colour reproduction is okay for an IPS. It's not as much as a leap as I was hoping however I have yet to run a longer setup with my Spyder Express and DisplayCal. If you are deciding between this and the Dell I would recommend this monitor. The stand isn't as pretty, and the warranty not as good, but you could have this by the end of the week.

Bright, sharp display that was easily calibrated (with my Spyder5 Pro device) and has all the working space I need thanks to the high resolution. Yet to play any games on it to test out the GSync feature but that was one of the least important aspects. Resolution and image quality were the most important.

Was hesitant to purchase due me returning a similar asus monitor a year ago 3 times for bad back light bleed. I am very pleased with this Acer monitor. Slight backlight bleed in the bottom left but very small ai I think I did well in the label lottery. Fantastic for gaming and anything really . A bargain when compared to the alienware as they have the same panel plus the Acer has speakers which are actually better than I expected

Premetto che me l’ero messa via, certo che avrei dovuto accettare di convivere con il problema dei bleeding sugli angoli e sperare nella dea della fortuna che mi facesse arrivare un monitor con poco bleeding possibile..beh mi è arrivato perfetto,0 bleeding! Nel video si vede il rosso del neon ma vi assicuro che è totalmente privo di bleeding anche sotto!Per chi ha trovato o troverà questo tipo di problema,fatevelo sostituire anche più volte,perché per i soldi che spendete o che avete speso,il monitor deve essere perfetto! Per il resto,monitor arrivato in un giorno,splendidi colori,120hz funzionanti (testato con ufo test) e resto come da caratteristiche! Buona fortuna ragazzi ;)

Volevo lasciarmi indietro il full HD e passare a qualcosa di maggiore, con questo schermo la missione è compiuta. Preso da Amazon Warehouse Deals a 630 euro ero conscio che non sarebbe arrivato perfetto, la scatola di imballaggio era ridotta male, all'interno ho trovato tutti gli accessori in buone condizioni e funzionanti, il pannello in se presenta un leggero backlight bleed nell'angolo in basso a sinistra, ma a parte questo non posso lamentarmi. I grossi vantaggi di passare ad un monitor del genere sono: - La risoluzione, 3440x1440 permette di godere al massimo dei dettagli delle immagini e l'area di lavoro aumenta. - 120hz di refresh, stancano meno gli occhi e rendono i movimenti durante i giochi visibilmente più fluidi. - IPS, provengo da un TN e la qualità dei colori e gli angoli di visione sono tutta un altra cosa. - Gsync, permette di non vedere le classiche immagini spezzate quando i frame calano repentinamente, su questo monitor il range è 30-120, quindi se non avete una scheda che permette di tenere almeno 40-100 fps è abbastanza sprecato. Dopo un paio di tentativi di calibrazione è abbastanza facile riuscire a trovare dei colori naturali che possono piacere, personalmente consiglio di non tenerlo oltre i 50 di luminosità e stare ad una distanza di almeno 80-90 cm. Per tutti quelli che credono che il loro pc non sia adatto al wqhd, posso lasciarvi le mie spec cosi da avere un paragone CPU i5 6500 - RAM16gb 2133 ddr4 - VGA gtx 1080 Impostando dettagli e effetti in qualità media, sui titoli più recenti (PUBG, etc...) si sta in media dai 60 ai 100 fps. Su titoli più leggeri (Diablo III, etc...) con tutto al massimo 80-120 fps.

OTTIMO PRODOTTO. BEN IMBALLLATO. LA STRUTTURA PENSATA CH SIA PER ATACCO ESA 100X100 CHE SIA AL APOGGIO SULLA "GAMBA". UN PANELLO MAGNIFICO DEL IPS, zero GHOSTING E ZERO EFETTO BLOW. HA 120 HZ BEN STABILI ED SENZA FRIZ. GSYNC DIMOSTRA QUALITA DELLA RISPOSTA DELLE TEXTURE GRAFICHE. MILGIOR IL MONITO CHE ABBIA MAI VISTO. MOLTO SOODISFATTO...ED CONTENTO. A ME COSTATO 900 EURI E DIREI CHE Una ALTERNATIVA AL PREZZO DEL GENERE NON SI TROVA... SI POTREBBE GUARDARE VERSO ALINWARE, MA PARLIAMO DI UNA DIFFERENZA DI BEN 300 EURI E A CERTI LATI DEL "NERO" SUL PANELLO PURE HA QUALITA PIU BASSA. MOLTO SODISFATTO, GRAZIE AMAZON CONSEGNA PUNTUALE DA CORRIERE GENTILE.

Monitor assurdo, bellissimo. Se non fosse per il blb e glow indecenti :(. Preso su Amazon Warehouse Deals nella speranza possa essere stato un acquisto sbagliato o semplicemente non idoneo, ma ahimè era stato palesemente mandato indietro per questi difetti. Purtroppo il glow in basso a sinistra è davvero troppo e lo noto praticamente sempre nelle scene scure / buie. Mi tocca mandarlo indietro e prenderlo nuovo, nella speranza la situazione migliori leggermente :( Ma sono ancora indeciso... EDIT: preso quello nuovo ormai 2 settimane fa e ho dovuto abbassare la valutazione a 2 stelle. Monitor da 5 stelle se non avesse tutti questi dannati problemi.. Sul nuovo che ho comprato, la situazione sui neri (blb e glow) è migliorata, ma questo pannello presenta difetti di uniformità sul bianco estremamente evidenti... con luminosità non uniforme ma, soprattutto, DIVERSA temperatura di bianco tra il lato sinisto e destro del display! Il Lato sinistra ha un punto di bianco freddo, mentre quello di destra estremamente più calda. Una VERGOGNA che un monitor da 1000€ abbia dei pannelli orrendi che escono dal produttore senza neanche un minimo di controllo qualità! Allego foto. Adesso devo decidere se mandare indietro anche questo ad Amazon, nella speranza capiscano il problema... 3o Update: in gaming, alla fine, la tinta leggermente gialla a destra non si nota. Il monitor di per se ha performance assolutissimamente stellari, i 120hz sono una goduria e, dopo averlo calibrato, i colori sono stupendi. Davvero peccato che sono riuscito a prendere per due volte consecutive un monitor con problemi. Per ora me lo tengo così, nella speranza di trovare una ulteriore soluzione con Amazon in futuro. P.S. dal 21:9 non si torna più indietro, questo è garantito!

Piccola premessa prima di recensire,ho tentato la fortuna sperando in un reso fatto magari con un po' di superficialità. Bene,avrete capito che ho comprato un ricondizionato da Ware house deals . Ho comprato questo monitor per fare un upgrade dal mio Acer Z35 e devo dire che sono soddisfatto. Non vi nascondo il fatto che da come mi è arrivato a casa, basta guardare le foto dell'imballo, mi sono spaventato un po'. Forte comunque del reso che offre Amazon ho aperto e sono rimasto meravigliato……… Il monitor non presenta nessun tipo di anomalie estetiche, nessun graffio ne sulla base di appoggio ne sulla parte posteriore (vedi foto) . Dopo circa 4 giorni di utilizzo intenso ora posso affermare che è sicuramente fantastico , sia per la qualità costruttiva , ma anche per la resa che offre giocandoci. Con la mia GTX 1080 lo sfrutto bene , colori super , BLB appena percepibile al buio , assente con un po' di luce (vedi Foto) , ho provato tutte le velocità di refresh senza incappare in sfarfallii o instabilità del pannello, a 60Hz si nota un piccolo effetto ghost spostando sfondi colorati velocemente ma niente di preoccupante, cosa che fra l'altro svanisce con refreshrate più alto. Testato in multiplayer con BF1, BF4 , Star W. B. si è comportato bene di fatti non ho notato nessuna differenza con il vecchio Z35 e PG248Q. GSYNC fondamentale soprattutto sui titoli che non toccano bene i 60 frame/s ti restituisce un ottima sensazione di fluidità. Molto bella la curvatura (R1900) ,molto coinvolgente. Il menù delle impostazioni risulta facile da usare e molto intuitivo ( simile allo Z35).Che dire secondo me vale la pena di comprarlo , il servizio AMAZON sempre impeccabile.
