I got this first at a chiropractor office and then checked Amazon and of course it was cheaper. This magnesium doesn’t give me diarrhea like store bought.

I'm sure this is a high quality product. My muscle soreness improved quickly. However, I tend towards very bad constipation problems. I did some research and discovered the malate portion is very constipating for some people. I changed forms of magnesium and now I'm fine. The only reason I wanted to put in this review is to save someone from the discomfort I went through. If you are a person who gets too active a bowel from mag then this is the one for you. But if you are like me, then here's a heads up.

Large capsule, but easy to swallow. This form of magnesium is well tolerated. I prefer to take a low dose of magnesium with each meal and this works for me.

This product works great on smooth muscle such as bladder. No more night time trips to the bathroom. Works great!
