I’m 5’11” 205lbs Dad bod! I usually wear L shirts and this fit just right. Not too tight in the belly or chest just enough room and not too baggy.

Fits perfect, ordered an adult small. The material is light and nice. Doesn’t wrinkle.We ordered the red shirt and the color was just like the picture. Washes well and does not shrink!
