I had Few questions about the product and sent a message thru Amazon and I got such a fast response time and great help with this company. They even sent me pics and videos about the questions I had so I could so how simple it was for me to figure out what need to be done. Best customer service I have ever had and the product seems to be very well built and works great and especially for the best, suck a great deal. I've only had the chance to use it a few times but everything works great. My favorite feature is how good and the great quality of the night vision feature. That's the main reason I bought it for and I had my doubts how good it would work due to being suck a great price. But man it worked better than I could of even imagined. Clear as day view and quality. I'm adding onto a review that I wrote recently. I have gotten to have see extra time to test out this product even more. As I stated earlier for the most part I've been using the night vision and was more than extremely impressed with it. But I have now used it through out the day and tried out even more features and as I expected it's a very good well built quality item. The clarity and detail of what you are focused on are just amazing in the light just as it is in night vision. I'm very impressed, and especially for the price what a great product it is. Also with the night vision I forgot to mention this I never even used the light beam feature that is also included on this item. Just the IR was more than great with that on. I can't even imagine it getting better but with that light feature button you can turn off and on it's only going make it better. It will also even work great to use as a flashlight if your walking in the woods. It also includes a flashing light feature on it which could come in great use encase of a emergency to signal for help. Great great product. After further use I even recommend it much more. I give it 6 stars out of 5. The last thing I will mention which I already have but it really needs to be mentioned again due to the fact how things are now of days. I'm purchase quit a bit of stuff and now of days I have it very very hard to get good customer service. I'm was at one very large chain store that I will not mention any names. But I asked a guy that worked there which of the these two items I was trying to decide on, which one is a better product for what I need it for. The answer he gave me was HOW THE HELL SHOULD I KNOW I DIDN'T MAKE IT! Coming from a huge store chain that brags on there customer service and knowledge. There is one of these stores damn near in ever city. So ya that's what you get now of days and it's even worse online. Half the time you can't reach no one and if your lucky enough to after attempting so many times there absolutely no help and quit rude as well. Well this company Everytime I got a response back in less than 24 hours. It was pretty much a few hours and not ever once more then a day and they walk you thru everything. From pics to videos and as well typed up directions that all make sense and always very polite and patient with me and more then happy to keep helping me out. So if there is something wrong or you can't figure out you can at least know you have a company that is way more than happy and polite to help you out and take care of ya. This is one company I'm sticking with.

Well made, easy to use, functions as advertised.

This has been fun to watch the deer, raccoons, and ducks in our area. The duck in my video is only about 40 feet away. The video of the deer over 300 ft away was clear but to large of a file to add here but looks great on the computer. This set is handheld but can get a more stable view using a tripod. The video files are universal avi format. The still images are clear keeping in mind night vision is not daylight color. The manual focus is smooth and easy to use. The zoom goes quite far. Play with the settings to dim the exposure so it is not too bright to watch.

Instructions not easy. Husband and son in law still have not used.

I have had these binoculars for about 2-3 weeks. They were purchased because we do a lot of bird watching and wanted to get pictures. We decided to invest in these binoculars. They are really good, well made, very sturdy and come in a great hardy case. I attached some pictures that I got from these binoculars, they are incredible. I have not gotten video yet, but I'm sure I will not be disappointed. I have tried them at night and they are awesome also. No pictures yet, but I am sure I will not be disappointed. The only con is the screen is small but I am getting used to that. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. I was also very impressed that the company reached out to check in, that is very unusual. Very good product, I would definitely recommend.

Yes I'm very happy with this night vision. Very easy to use, works awesome in total darkness, comes a great carry case, takes photo and video.....that you can play back. And best of all...a $50 off coupon at the time of my purchase. I was also contacted by the company to make sure I was happy. That made me feel warm fuzzy.

Work well when you figure out how to use it.

I bought 2 of them to give them as a gift. They were very pleased with them. The quality of the product is great. We try it in approximately 200 yards and it was so nice and clear. The fact you can use it in day light also is a plus. Thinking in getting one for myself soon.
