Wow, what a game changer! I started taking this about a month ago, after hearing Dr Brownstein's recommendations. (I HIGHLY recommend listening to him on YouTube, and buying his books here on Amazon.) I have had some painful cysts spontaneously growing through the years. I had a few removed, but was told by my doctor that "no one knows what the cause is" and that "there is no cure." Well, I got tired of dealing with them, especially when one developed on the side of my knee joint. Ouch! So the search began. When I heard Dr Brownstein's information on iodine deficiency and it's relation to cysts, I was hopeful. I got these and took one a day of 250mcg. Well, they are shrinking! I listened to his recommendations again today and realized that I can easily up my dose. So, I will start taking 2 a day. So far so good. I love the natural source of this supplement. I will update later. Update: It's been a while, and I've gradually increased my daily dose of iodine. After reading Dr Brownstein's books on both iodine and UNREFINED salt, I've increased my use of them both, and have added the rest of the co-factors in his iodine protocol. The truth is, we need much more salt and iodine than we've been led to believe. I highly recommend those books, btw! (Salt Your Way to Health, and Iodine: What it is and Why You Need It, by Dr David Brownstein.) Still slowly but steadily getting results. Two out of ten cysts are almost completely gone. I should probably clarify: I switched from the 250 mcg to 1500 mcg, and settled on 2-4 of those per day, in addition to the Lugol's liquid formula. The liquid is great and it's easier to get enough milligrams, (not micrograms) but I love what this formula does for me, so I take them both. It seems to be benefitting me in other ways too, like stronger hair and nails and skin becoming more clear. It must be the sea veggies and other herbs that it contains.:) I think increasing the daily dose has resulted in a couple of the more stubborn cysts to start shrinking and draining. I felt slightly unwell for a couple days, even felt like I had a low grade fever, then lo and behold, one of the cysts sort of popped and started draining. It didn't just shrink. It was the largest, most painful one I had, so no complaints there! Hmmm....that was interesting. It's almost gone now. I think this stuff is even helping my body de-tox. .

I have these on auto ship and every bottle I've received has been consistent in quality. I will continue to use this brand. I do want to try the higher dose but Im feeling the 'dont mess with it if it's not broke' thing. We can always use more iodine in our bodies since our food is depleted of so many necessary nutrients these days. I know these are helping me, I felt it within one week of starting them.

I recently started taking this because I was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I am very happy with this supplement, and will continue to take it as a subscription. I would highly recommend for others who have an iodine deficiency or for ease of absorption of vitamins and minerals.
